Ayako - Famous reporter. Was well known for stalking IC!Bakura and IC!Mana whenever they stepped outside of their apartments. Seems to be around at the most inopportune moments.
Celest - a former IC!Mokuba's alter-ego; a direct contrast to OOC!Mokuba's "Shadow".
Dr. Malouf - Head of Emergency Medicine at Skip-Bo General Hospital. Also, IC!Ryou's current doctor.
Dr. Rector - one of the psychologists at the Simon Center who specialized in assisting war veterans with their addictions. Named in honor of OOC!Honda-mun.
Dr. Roth - The counselor who saw OOC!Malik and IC!Ryou prior to their wedding.
Dr. Shogi - The most evil doctor in all of Uno Hospital who abused patients in the name of "science." He was killed when Uno Hospital was destroyed, but his name lives on in infamy.
Dr. Yagami - OOC!Mokuba's personal doctor.
Graham Cracker - an underling in the Muffin Mafia, who helped kidnap OOC!Ryuuzaki, IC!Ryou, OOC!Malik and almost put the hit on OOC!Yugi. In fear of what Jello would do to him when he screwed up, he killed himself.
Jello - Twisted, power-hungry leader of the infamous Muffin Mafia, bent on ruling the dessert empire. His whereabouts are currently unknown, but it is thought he is still alive. His real name is Michael J. Baka.
Kafele - IC!Mahaado's dark magician ka, given life.
Kikuno Kobayashi - Owner of Hanabi flower shop.
Klingoffs - Alien race that is at war with the aliens that impregnated IC!Ryou.
Lee - Friend/advisor/hairdresser of OOC!Mokuba.
Madoko Yamadaira - Domino's favorite female pop star, who was madly in love with a former OOC!Jounouchi. Also known as "the other Mado-chan".
Mimiko Abe - The very shy young daughter of Toshiro Abe and still idolizes her deceased stepbrother. Had a crush on Kafele, a former OOC!Katsuya, and probably some other people.
Mitsuru Saitou - OOC!Malik's boss. Would rather be working in an animal shelter than an auto repair shop; probably is clinically depressed.
Muffin Mafia - a criminal group led by Jello, who aim to control all bakeries in the world. Famous members have included Bandit 'mummy' Keithy, Graham Cracker, and a second-in-command whom nobody knows the name of.
Nakajo - Chief of Domino Police. Investigated the Thief of Shadow crimes and is still on the force.
Ro - (short for Kentaro) a small minature version of OOC!Honda that lives with him. He's 5 years old.
Ryou's Alien Babies - 4 little lives that IC!Ryou brought into this world. They were then taken back to their own world. They include: Hoshi, Jihan, Vega and Zahi.
Sasuka-sama - The woman who runs Majukuso Orphanage.
Shadow - OOC!Mokuba's alter-ego who went on a violent rampage. The spirit has since invaded the body of IC!Mahaado and caused even more destruction. May currently be dormant inside its original host.
Sharik - former IC!Pharaoh Atemu and former OOC!Amane's daughter. She was taken up to the realm of the gods as an avatar of Bast.
Shouta Saitou - One of OOC!Malik's co-workers; described by Malik as "completely disregarding the primped hair/huge eyes/girly figure/bright shade of lipgloss, but I have a feeling that working in the shop isn't his only job".
Subaru-san - a very good psychiatrist with a fondness for Gundams. His patients have included OOC!Ryuuzaki, IC!Mahaado and NPC!Kafele among others.
Tadashi Saitou - One of OOC!Malik's co-workers; described as "a tough guy but he probably couldn't outwit a brick".
Tetsuya Ikeda - The stepson of a famous music producer who was temporarily famous alongside a former OOC!Katsuya. Now deceased.
Toshiro Abe - President of Pineapple Ring Records, Tetsuya Ikeda's stepfather, and Mimiko Abe's father. Currently on probation for abusing his daughter and lost billions of yen for wrongfully ending OOC!Katsuya's contract.
William L. Baka III - the true owner of Baka Chocolates, and a friend of IC!Ryou's after he was rescued from Jello's clutches. He's wealthy enough to make even the Kaibas seem like beggars.

Ramses - a former IC!Yami no Yuugi's pet panther. Dated Bitey the dragon.
Sevikir - OOC!Honda's cat.

Anubis - God that guards the realm of the dead. Escorts the dead to the court of Osiris. He showed favor to IC!Atem and IC!Seth, and escorted them to the light realm. He was irritated to no end by IC!Mahaado, and cast his ka out of his body, giving it life.
Apep - Serpent of Chaos, whom no sane priest or pharaoh dare speak of by name. Loyal to no one, but has been tamed by, fused with, protects and obeys IC!Mahaado. As to be expected, this god has an intense hatred of Ra and the other gods of light.
Horus - One of the evil gods that invaded the body of a former IC!Yami no Yuugi through the duration of the God Plot, and thoroughly made everyone's lives a living hell. :D
Khons - God from the God plot that possessed IC!Ryou, and helped keep him alive. Later, Khons gave him supernatural healing abilities, which were taken away by a council of gods when they were misused.
Osiris - God that judges the dead in a trial of their souls. He has judged a former IC!Atem and IC!Seth, as well as a former IC!Bakura, who managed to escape second death with help from IC!Ryou's soul. In the future plot, he also judges and sentences IC!Mahaado's soul.
Ra - God of the sun. Responsible in the God plot for setting things right again. He is responsible for splitting the worlds apart, and putting them back together after riddles were solved.
Seth - One of the evil gods that invaded the body of a former IC!Yami no Yuugi through the duration of the God Plot, and thoroughly made everyone's lives a living hell. :D No relation to Priest Seth.
Thoth - God of wisdom, writer of the sennen spellbook, and the only Egyptian god that IC!Mahaado stays faithfully loyal to. Mahaado is constantly tested and instructed by Thoth, often unbeknownst to him. Azizi was actually sent to this realm by Thoth.
Zorc - god of darkness, has a palace within the shadow realm. Can only be released by using all 14 of the IC/OOC Millennium Items. Word to the wise - don't try it.
