Omega19x: *After the long flight, which wasn't particularly enjoyable for either of the Bakurae, he arrives back home. Bakura is off testing the powers of the other!ring. Ryou is just glad to be home*
Omega19x: *He still, however, smells a little like the old tomb and cavewater, just to be warned*
ph33r my rod: *comes downstairs after hearing the magical noises of people arriving home*
Omega19x: *opens door, dropping bag on the living room floor. It has been an exhausting 48 hours or so, with absolutely no sleep.*
ph33r my rod: *blinks, then smiles, walking over to Ryou* "...hey."
Omega19x: "... h..hey..."
Omega19x: *weak smile* "...We did it!"
Omega19x: "We got the other ring!"
Omega19x: *throws his arms up in an exhausted leap of joy.*
ph33r my rod: *grin* "Great." *eyes Ryou for a few moments* "...have you even slept since you left? You look exhausted..."
Omega19x: "... you... you rob tombs at night..."
Omega19x: "... and... it took all night..."
ph33r my rod: "...ouch." *reaches over and puts a hand on Ryou's good shoulder* "Why don't you get a shower and take a nap, you look like you could use it. I'll take your stuff up to your room..."
Omega19x: *nods* "It... it was scary... The flashlight went out too... so we had to feel our way out..."
Omega19x: "... and... and the cave was... was flooded inside... And there was a snake on the millennium ring. And it wouldn't go away..."
Omega19x: "... Yami finally got it off..."
ph33r my rod: *winces* "...ack. Yeah, there can be some dangerous things in those tombs..."
Omega19x: "... I was so scared... We.. we were swimming in the flooded cave... and... and it was a... a.. venomous snake... But my yami got it with a stick he found on the bottom..."
Omega19x: *walking upstairs, still talking to Malik*
Omega19x: "... and... and we kind of have a link... kind of..."
Omega19x: "We can't read each other's thoughts, but... well...we know the other one is alive... and... and near... sort of..."
ph33r my rod: *blinks* "...that's better than nothing, I guess."
Omega19x: "It... it could just be wishful thinking though..."
Omega19x: *heads towards bathroom to take a shower, and wash his hair with DECENT shampoo*

Omega19x: *Ryou staggers tiredly out of the shower after a good period of time, wrapped in a towel, since he forgot to take any clothes in there with him*

Omega19x: ".. um... I... kind of forgot... um... clothes..."

ph33r my rod: "...uh. Yeah. They're uh... in your room."

Omega19x: *blushes, and walks to his room with a nervous smile*

Omega19x: *comes back out in some pajamas a few minutes later.*
ph33r my rod: *small smile, still faintly blushing* "...that's better, huh."
Omega19x: "... a... a lot... I...yeah..."
Omega19x: "... It's good to be back home..."
ph33r my rod: "... I'm glad you got back safely. I missed you."
Omega19x: "I... I missed you too, Malik...
ph33r my rod: "..." *smile*
Omega19x: "... but we... we got the ring... That's the important thing..."
ph33r my rod: *nods* "Yeah."
Omega19x: "... is... is there anything to eat... I... I'm starving..."
Omega19x: *suddenly realizing the last meal he had was last night's dinner*
ph33r my rod: *nods again, walking into the kitchen* "Yeah, there's some stuff in here..."
Omega19x: "... oh good..."
Omega19x: "... I don't think I could stand up long enough... to.. to cook today..."
ph33r my rod: *opens up fridge* "Is there anything in particular you want? There's a lot of stuff in here..."
Omega19x: "...any... le..leftovers from yesterday, whatever you ate is fine..."
ph33r my rod: "There's still some leftover pizza from the other night, it's still good... that okay?"
Omega19x: "...that's fine..."
Omega19x: *just sits down at the table, exhausted*
ph33r my rod: *heats some of it up, mini-microwavelapse, etc etc, sets plate down in front of Ryou* "Here you go." *sits down at the table next to him*
Omega19x: "... thanks..."
Omega19x: *nibbles on pizza right away*
ph33r my rod: *just sits there watching him, glad he's back home*
Omega19x: "... it... it was quite a... a long trip..."
ph33r my rod: "I'd imagine so... especially since you didn't sleep..."
Omega19x: "... w..we were in that pyramid... all... all night long..."
Omega19x: "and... and that m..motel room... Who would sleep in there? Why... why do they make you pay by the hour anyway?"
ph33r my rod: *raises eyebrow* "...okay, that's just dumb, what the hell."
Omega19x: "... th..they had weird people there... you know... like pr..prostitutes and things..."
Omega19x: "it... it was really scary..."
Omega19x: "... but yami and I were... gross and... and slimy... We couldn't get on a plane like that..."
ph33r my rod: "...nobody bothered you, did they?"
Omega19x: "...n..no... the.. the man behind the counter... He thought we...we were freaks..that... that you know... do..do it.. in... in a graveyard... or something... but... no. Nobody bothered us..."
Omega19x: *shivers thinking about it*
Omega19x: *nibbles pizza*
Omega19x is away at 5:48:24 PM.
Omega19x returned at 6:22:18 PM.

Omega19x: "... He... he wouldn't let... anything bad happen to me..." *yawns as he nibbles on pizza*
ph33r my rod: *smiles a little* "...that's right. I'd have to have a couple of words with him if he did."
Omega19x: *nods tiredly, setting down the piece of pizza*

ph33r my rod: "...you should get some rest."
Omega19x: *weak nod* "... I... I know... It's been a long weekend... And I have to... to be up early for work..."
Omega19x: *lays his head down on his arm, at the kitchen table*
ph33r my rod: *reaches over and gently stokes his hair* "You'd be more comfortable in a bed..."
Omega19x: *he'd answer you, but he's already fallen asleep*
Omega19x: (is it bad that this brings back feelings of nostalgia?)
