ph33r my rod: *speaking of which, he hasn't seen Ryou all day~ after he finishes... somewhat clumsily... wrapping stuff, he goes to check on him, knocking on his bedroom door*
Omega19x: "... come on in..."
Omega19x: *Ryou's sitting up in bed, reading a big book.He looks downright bored.*
ph33r my rod: *pops his head in* "Hey." *smiles*
ph33r my rod: *walks in and sits down on the bed* "How are you feeling?"
Omega19x: "... a little better... still... still pretty weak. but... *cough* not too bad, really."
ph33r my rod: "That's good. I was just wondering since you've... been in here all day."
Omega19x: "I was trying to rest..."
ph33r my rod: "Oh... do you want me to leave?"
Omega19x: "... no... No, I don't..."
Omega19x: *cough* "... I'm tired of trying to rest."
ph33r my rod: "You look well enough to at least be moving around the house."
Omega19x: "... I'm tired of staying in here."
ph33r my rod: *thinks for a moment* "Did you make those Christmas puffs yet? 'Cause if not, we could go make them... it'd give us something to do."
Omega19x: "... as... as bad as this sounds... I... I don't really feel like baking anything... I... I'd like to go do something... if... if that's okay..."
ph33r my rod: "Oh, okay. ...what'd you wanna go do?"
Omega19x: "... anything... just... I'm... tired of sitting in bed."
Omega19x: "... it... well... reminds me of the hospital."
ph33r my rod: "Hmm..." *thinks* "Well, if you're up to bundling up and walking around outside a bit, Isis said she passed the park on her way home from work and it was all lit up with Christmas lights. She said it was really pretty."
Omega19x: "... o..okay..."
Omega19x: *climbs out of bed, coughing a little, but sliding into a warm coat*
ph33r my rod: *goes to bundle up himself*
ph33r my rod: *comes back, all nice and warm~* "We'll have to walk... I don't really trust myself on the motorbike when it's all icy like this."
Omega19x: *weak nod* "... okay."
Omega19x: *reaches for Malik's hand*
ph33r my rod: *takes it* "It's not too far, don't worry."
Omega19x: *and out the door they go*
ph33r my rod: *walkwalkwalk, it's already pretty dark out. It's nice and clear outside, so they can see the stars shining~*
Omega19x: *it's pretty*
Omega19x: *shivers* "... boy has it gotten cold..."
ph33r my rod: *wraps his arm around Ryou, huddling close* "Yeah, it did. I'm glad we went and got these warm clothes before it got this cold..."
Omega19x: *nodnod*
ph33r my rod: *after a few minutes, they get to the park - which, just as Isis said, is all lit up with Christmas lights. Some parts have all white lights, some red, some of all colors, but all in all, it's very pretty* "...woah."
Omega19x: *blinks* "... th..this is nice..."
Omega19x: *lights are everywhere*
ph33r my rod: "Yeah... I've never seen so many in one place before." *grins ans looks around*
Omega19x: *shivers, looking around too*
ph33r my rod: "...still cold?"
Omega19x: "... yeah..."
Omega19x: *a little puff of fog forms around his mouth as he exhales*
Omega19x: "... oh look! ... Sleighrides!"
ph33r my rod: *blink blink* "...huh?"
Omega19x: "... a horse drawn sleigh!" *points* "... they must be giving rides all through the park."
ph33r my rod: *looks "Ooh. ... Should we go on one? Then we can see all of the lights without having to walk."
Omega19x: "... can we?"
ph33r my rod: *nods and smiles*
Omega19x: *smiles*
Omega19x: *takes Malik's hand and rushes over to the nearest sleigh*
ph33r my rod: *followfollow*
Omega19x: *there's an open sleigh waiting, and they pay for a jaunt around the lit up park*
ph33r my rod: *helps RYou up into the sleigh, then hops in himself*
Omega19x: *It's a romantic two person ride, the carriage is almost fit for a princess*
ph33r my rod: *looks around it* "...this is pretty nice, huh?"
Omega19x: "oh, you can see all the lights from here... Look! A whole Santa scene, with little elves and all."
ph33r my rod: *tilts head at it, still not entirely clear on the whole Santa thing* "Heh... cute." *grins*
Omega19x: "And all the trees all lit up..."
Omega19x: *smiles*
Omega19x: *cough*
ph33r my rod: *wraps arm around Ryou and cuddles up next to him, feeling a little bit chilly*
Omega19x: "... I'm glad we can share this together..."
ph33r my rod: *nods* "It's been a while since we've been out to do something together, huh?" *smiles*
Omega19x: "... it has."
ph33r my rod: *sits back and watches the lights go by, feeling quite content with Ryou next to him*
Omega19x: "... I'm happy to be here... with you."
ph33r my rod: *grins* "Me too."
Omega19x: *takes Malik's hand, and holds it tightly*
ph33r my rod: *gives Ryou's hand a squeeze* "See, aren't you glad you got up out of that bed?"
Omega19x: "... oh yes..." *wraps arms around Malik, in a large hug*
Omega19x: "... this is so pretty... It feels like we're floating through little stars*
ph33r my rod: *hugs him back, nodding* "Yeah... kinda makes me wish we'd had this back in Egypt."
Omega19x: "I bet it was pretty at night... Seeing all the stars over the desert. Dad always liked it. He told us all about it."
ph33r my rod: "Yeah, it was nice. And there weren't a lot of city lights to block them out, so you could always see them."
Omega19x: "Did you ever wish on those stars, Malik?"
ph33r my rod: "...I never really thought about it. Most of the time I just sat and watched them."
Omega19x: "I... I used to wish on stars a lot..."
ph33r my rod: "...what'd you wish for?"
ph33r my rod: "Or, rather... did any of them come true?"
Omega19x: *snuggles close* "... one came true..."
Omega19x: "I found somebody who loves me..."
Omega19x: "And a new family."
ph33r my rod: "..." *smiles*
ph33r my rod: "Maybe I should've tried wishing on stars... they might've come true sooner."
Omega19x: *smiles*
Omega19x: "You could wish on the lights... if... if you want to... They're kind of like stars."
ph33r my rod: "... There wouldn't be much of a point. I have what I want right here." *blushes a little*

Omega19x: "... l..look... Lights in the shape of mistletoe... I think."
ph33r my rod: *blinks and looks up*
Omega19x: "... see them?"
ph33r my rod: "...uh huh."
ph33r my rod: *looks down at Ryou and smiles*
Omega19x: "... it's... like a wish come true... right?"
ph33r my rod: *nods and leans in*
Omega19x: *closes his eyes*
ph33r my rod: *gently kisses Ryou, holding him close*
Omega19x: *trembles, but leans into the kiss*
ph33r my rod: *brushes some of Ryou's hair aside, resting his hand on the side of his face*
Omega19x: *it is a magical moment*
ph33r my rod: *pulls away after a few moments, then nuzzles Ryou's cheek*
Omega19x: *trembles, and shivers in the cold, but smiles*
ph33r my rod: *unfortunately, like most good things, the sleigh ride comes to an end soon after* "... That was nice."
Omega19x: "... that was nice."
ph33r my rod: *hops out of the sleigh, then holds his hand out to Ryou*
Omega19x: *takes hand, and hops down as well, coughing a little*
Omega19x: "... that was almost magical..." *smiles*
ph33r my rod: *nods, still holding on to his hand* "I'm glad we did it."
Omega19x: "me too..."
ph33r my rod: *shivers a little* "We should probably head back soon and warm up, though. It's getting late... and cold."
Omega19x: "you're right... It is getting pretty cold out here..."
Omega19x: *coughing*
ph33r my rod: *gives his hand another squeeze* "Let's get going, then. It'll be nice and warm back home." *smiles*
Omega19x: "... okay..."
Omega19x: *leans into Malik*
ph33r my rod: *lightly pecks Ryou's cheek, then starts walking out of the park and back toward the house*
Omega19x: *blush, and walks with*
ph33r my rod: **takes off his coat and things when they arrive home a few minutes later* "...ahh, warm."
Omega19x: *coughs, taking his off as well*
Omega19x: "... You know what would be... be good right now?"
ph33r my rod: "Hmm?"
Omega19x: "... hot apple cider."
Omega19x: (that does sound really good right now)
ph33r my rod: (( ...it does. @@;; *wants some* All we have is hot cocoa. XD ))
ph33r my rod: "...ooh, that does sound good. It'll warm us up even faster."
Omega19x: (I wish I had some.)
Omega19x: "... do you have any?"
ph33r my rod: "Yeah, Isis bought some the other day." *walks into kitchen*
ph33r my rod: *finds box, reading instructions* "..."
Omega19x: "Do you have the spices and... and the ingredients?"
ph33r my rod: *headscratch* "I think so." *looks for stuff, finds it*
Omega19x: "... it sure does sound good."
ph33r my rod: *nods, and a few minutes later, they have two mugs full of hot apple cider*

ph33r my rod: *walks over to the couch with his mug and sits down, sipping* "...mm."
Omega19x: *takes one from Malik, and sips as well. The warm taste runs down his throat*
ph33r my rod: *relaxes into couch, thoroughly enjoying cider*

Omega19x: "... this is very nice, Malik."
ph33r my rod: *nods, leaning against Ryou*
Omega19x: *curls up next to him on the couch*
Omega19x: "... sorry... I'm not really very talkative..."
ph33r my rod: "It's okay. You're still a little bit sick, it's understandable."

ph33r my rod: *finishes off his cider, then snuggles up next to Ryou, wrapping his arms around him* "Nnn..."

ph33r my rod: "...best way to warm up, huh?"

ph33r my rod: *feels all warm inside, and not just from the cider*

ph33r my rod: *breaks the kiss after several moments, resting his forehead against Ryou's* "...I love you."
