ph33r my rod: *...and is immediately swept up into a huge hug~!*

ph33r my rod: *blinks, loosens his grip on Ryou, and looks at him* "...hey, you okay?"
Omega19x: *only then do you notice the bruises, especially the black eye*
ph33r my rod: "...Ryou..." *lightly touches his face* "...what happened...?"
Omega19x: "... I... I broke... the contract..."
Omega19x: "I... I paid the entire bill..."
Omega19x: "And told them... they... they couldn't collect samples or anything anymore..."
ph33r my rod: "...and?" *examines the bruises, wondering who to add to his hit list this time*
Omega19x: "... Dr. Shogi... he... he was... he was livid..." *trembles*
Omega19x: "... Three nurses... and... and a urologist were holding him back..."
ph33r my rod: *frowns* "...he did this to you?"
Omega19x: "... he... he got a few good... good punches in..."
Omega19x: "I never saw it coming."
ph33r my rod: "..." *pulls Ryou into a gentle hug, though it's apparent he's angry about this*

Omega19x: "It's just... just a few bruises..."
ph33r my rod: *pulls back and looks at him* "Well... at least you don't have to deal with that asshole anymore, huh."

Omega19x: "... he fired me... of course..."
ph33r my rod: "...I'd say I'm sorry about that, but I've been saying you need to find a better job anyway, so..."
Omega19x: "... you're... not supposed to get hurt in a hospital..."

ph33r my rod: "Your eye... does it hurt much?"

Omega19x: *it's closed, of course, and pretty bruised.*
ph33r my rod: *hugs Ryou again, lightly kissing his forehead* "I'm sorry he's such an ass. But you don't have to put up with him anymore, so..."

ph33r my rod: *blinks... in the confusion of seeing Ryou's bruises and what not, he'd completely forgotten* "...oh yeah." *nuzzles the side of Ryou's head* "Thank you."

ph33r my rod: *nods* "...I loved it all."

Omega19x: "I... I was going to pick up some pocky on my way home... but... I... I kind of got a little distracted..."
ph33r my rod: "It's okay..." *looks at him* "It's understandable. I've still got some, anyway." *smiles*
Omega19x: "I... I was planning to take you out to the carnival tonight... but... I... I don't think I'm really up to it... I... I can't really see out of this eye right now... until the swelling goes down..."
ph33r my rod: "We can go after Christmas or something, it'll probably still be open by then... we'll just stay in tonight."
Omega19x: "It'll be open until after the new year..."
Omega19x: "we still have plenty of time."
ph33r my rod: *smiles* "Okay."
Omega19x: "I... I hope this birthday was a lot better than... well... others..."
Omega19x: *walks to the kitchen to get an ice pack for his eye*
ph33r my rod: *follows him into the kitchen* "It was. ...not like I really have much to compare it to, but... it was definitely much better."
Omega19x: *gets a pack, and then hugs Malik* "I'm... I'm very glad... I want it to be special."
ph33r my rod: *smiles, hugging him back* "It is special... because I have you to celebrate it with."
Omega19x: *smiles, resting his head gently on Malik's shoulder*
Omega19x: "I'm... happy... then."
ph33r my rod: *nuzzles Ryou's hair, holding him around the waist* "...thank you."
Omega19x: *winces a little, but smiles*
Omega19x: "I wish I would have been home sooner..."
Omega19x: "... but the nurses wanted to... well.. check everything out... to make sure I wasn't hurt..."
Omega19x: "... they were nice... it... it was free of charge."
ph33r my rod: "...that's good. If only all doctors were that nice."

Omega19x: "... I think I'll go to... to Skip-bo General... if... if anything else happens...'
ph33r my rod: *nods* "Uh huh. If you ever happen to see that Shogi again, high-tail it in the opposite direction, okay?"
Omega19x: "... oh... i... I will..."
ph33r my rod: "I swear, that guy needs to have his head checked or something."
Omega19x: "... He'll... he'll probably be arrested... or something... I bet..."
ph33r my rod: "Hopefully. What he did to you is probably illegal..."

ph33r my rod: "Not just the hitting you and stuff, either. But forcing you to give all of those samples... and everything else he did..."
Omega19x: "He was never very nice."
Omega19x: "... He couldn't believe I had the money..."
Omega19x: "I... I told him it was a gift from Seto Kaiba..."
ph33r my rod: "Let me guess - he didn't believe that, either?"
Omega19x: "... no... He... he yelled at me for a few minutes... about a lot of things..."
ph33r my rod: *pulls Ryou over to the couch while he's talking, sitting down* "Ugh. That bastard..."
Omega19x: "... for being sick. For not being sick. For being stupid... For being scrawny... you name it... Then he... then he jumped at me."
ph33r my rod: *pulls Ryou into his lap, being careful not to hurt him* "...I hope he gets what he deserves."
Omega19x: *weak nod* "... I hope he doesn't ever do that to anyone else..."
ph33r my rod: *nods in agreement* "... I'm sorry you had to go through all of that. If I'd been there, I would've kicked him in the groin or something."
Omega19x: "... The urologist did."
Omega19x: "... well... kneed him in the...um... yeah..."
ph33r my rod: *eyebrow raise* "... He so deserved that."
Omega19x: "... It's not... not my fault... I'm still alive..."
Omega19x: "... or that I didn't contract the shadow disease again..."
Omega19x: "... oh, that's not important... it's your birthday. We should be talking about happy things..."
ph33r my rod: "... I'm glad you're still here."

ph33r my rod: *smiles* "I'll be here with you as long as I possibly can..."

ph33r my rod: *pulls Ryou close and hugs him again* "I love you." *rests his had against Ryou's*

Omega19x: *the ice pack is cold against your cheek as you put it next to Ryou's*
ph33r my rod: *shivers a little, but remains where he is*

ph33r my rod: *sighs a little* "...maybe now things will start looking up, huh?"

Omega19x: *weak smile* "... I don't.. have high expectations... really... But... it would be nice..."
Omega19x: "as long as I can look up... and see you there... everything will be all right."
ph33r my rod: "..." *smiles* "Whatever you do... I'll support you, be there for you... if you ever need anything, okay?"
Omega19x: "... if... if you ever need anything... I'll be here too..."

Omega19x: *wraps one hand around Malik and hugs him*

Omega19x: "... let's... I wish I had pictures for the lockets... but... let's put them on right now..."

ph33r my rod: *takes one of them and fastens it around Ryou's neck*

Omega19x: *takes the other, and puts it around Malik's neck*

ph33r my rod: *reaches up and clutches it in his hand, holding it close to his heart*
