Omega19x: *walks with Malik*
ph33r my rod: *is a little bit nervous as they walk to where his childhood home was, which is a little bit along the outskirts of Cairo*
Omega19x: "... where are we going?"
ph33r my rod: "...well, you said you wanted to see where I used to live, so..." *holds onto his hand* "I'm taking you there."
Omega19x: *holds hand, and limps onward*
ph33r my rod: *after a bit of walking, they get to what looks like a big hole in the ground with a staircase leading down* "...here it is." *tries not to show that he's nervous at all, probably failing miserably*
Omega19x: "... you... weren't kidding when you said you lived underground..."
Omega19x: *looks around at the strange dome-like structure, all out in the middle of nowhere*
ph33r my rod: *shakes head as he slowly starts heading down the stairs* "Nope..."
Omega19x: *limps down as well*
ph33r my rod: *there's a stone door blocking the entrance* "..." *lets go of Ryou's hand and starts pushing it aside, it eventually opens enough for them to get through*
Omega19x: *peeks inside*
Omega19x: "... it's... really dark in here..."
Omega19x: *at least it isn't that hot.*
ph33r my rod: *but it smells funny, just like a tomb!*
Omega19x: "... do I... get a grand tour and everything?"
ph33r my rod: *takes a flashlight out of his pocket and turns it on* "...if I can remember where everything was." *doesn't really want to remember, but does so since Ryou's curious*
ph33r my rod: *walks inside*
Omega19x: *stays close*
ph33r my rod: *walking through a long corridor, stops at an open door and shines the flashlight inside for a few moments* "...oh, there's my room."
Omega19x: *looks inside*
Omega19x: *there's still a bed*
ph33r my rod: *there's a bed and a small stone table, but that's about it*
Omega19x: "... it's... pretty empty..."
Omega19x: *limps over to the bed and sits down on it*
ph33r my rod: *nods* "I didn't really have much... all I could really do was read and sleep in here."
Omega19x: "... oh."
Omega19x: "... the... bed is... kind of comfortable..."
ph33r my rod: *sits down next to him* "It's really the only comfortable thing about this place."
Omega19x: *wraps his arms around Malik*
Omega19x: "... it's okay... I... I'm here..."
ph33r my rod: *leans against him*
Omega19x: *rubs his back softly*
Omega19x: "here... why don't you show me some more..."
ph33r my rod: "..." *nods and stands up, gently pulling Ryou with him*
Omega19x: "we... can leave this room."
Omega19x: *peeks into the flashlighted areas*
ph33r my rod: *starts walking again, eventually coming to a larger room which is just as empty as the first, except there are numerous blood stains on the walls*
Omega19x: *shivers* "... w..what happened here?"
ph33r my rod: *looks down at the floor* "...this was where my father died."
Omega19x: *just opens his arms for Malik*
Omega19x: "I'm... s..sorry..."
ph33r my rod: *hugs Ryou tightly, resting his forehead on his shoulder*
Omega19x: *has learned, at least, what happened there.*
Omega19x: "... don't try to dwell on it too much. It's... probably all forgiven..."
ph33r my rod: *sighs and nods, letting him go*
ph33r my rod: "There's... one more important room, but I don't know if you want to see it."
Omega19x: "... wh..what room?"
ph33r my rod: "...the room where I recieved the initiation."
Omega19x: "... oh..."
Omega19x: "... if... you don't want to go in there... I... I won't force you..."
Omega19x: *holds Malik's hand*
Omega19x: *squeeze*
ph33r my rod: *shakes head and smiles nervously* "...I can't hide from my past, so..." *sighs* "...might as well while we're here." *starts heading down the corridor again*
Omega19x: *goes with him*
ph33r my rod: *walking, walking, walking... eventually coming to a smaller room with a large stone slab in the enter of it. It's also covered with blood stains, but not from just any blood... Malik's own blood*
ph33r my rod: "......"
Omega19x: "... oh my..." *this looks like something that you'd see in his yami's soul room...*
ph33r my rod: "........" *just drops down to his knees*
Omega19x: "... Malik..."
ph33r my rod: "They didn't even clean my blood off of it..."
Omega19x: *looks at the stone slab, and back down to Malik. He drops down to his own knees, and just holds him for what seems like eternity*
Omega19x: "... Malik... It's... okay... It's over now..."
ph33r my rod: *shaking*
Omega19x: *rubs his back*
Omega19x: "... l..let it out..."
Omega19x: "just let it out."
ph33r my rod: *just holds on to Ryou, trembling, burying his face in Ryou's shoulder*
Omega19x: "it's okay..."
Omega19x: *rubs his back, and holds on to Malik just as tightly*
Omega19x: "... I know how much pain you've been through... I... I know... I... I understand how much pain... someone can take."
ph33r my rod: *just holds on to him for what seems like forever, then finally pulls back, rubbing at his eyes*
Omega19x: *wipes tears away*
Omega19x: "... and no matter what pain it is... I'll help you through it."
ph33r my rod: *nods silently and stands again, pulling Ryou up with him*
Omega19x: *holds him again, just to be on the safe side*
Omega19x: "... your scars... are just... lasting proof... of everything you've lived through."
Omega19x: "... everything you overcame."
Omega19x: "That's... h..how I look at mine."
ph33r my rod: *nods again, giving Ryou another big hug* "...come on. I... don't want to be here anymore..." *voice is weak, you can probably hear the tears in it*
Omega19x: *weak nod*
Omega19x: "... here... we... we can leave now... if... if you want..."
ph33r my rod: *nods* "...thank you."
ph33r my rod: *starts walking out, holding on to Ryou's hand again, and for the record, he's still shaking*
Omega19x: *and just as they reach the entrance, there's a huge sandstorm coming!*
Omega19x: "yikes!"
ph33r my rod: "...oh Gods, no."
Omega19x: "...w..what's that?!"
Omega19x: *cough*
Omega19x: *the rushing sand forces him back inside, and down a few steps*
ph33r my rod: *rushes back inside as well*
Omega19x: "...w..what is that?"
ph33r my rod: "It's a sandstorm... we can't get back to Cairo until that passes."
Omega19x: "... But it's already late..."
Omega19x: "... maybe we... should just stay the night down here..."
Omega19x: *gulps, looking at Malik*
Omega19x: "... sorry..."
ph33r my rod: "..." *slumps down on the floor again*
Omega19x: "...so..sorry..."
Omega19x: "it's... just till the... the storm passes..."
Omega19x: "... I... I promise, I won't leave your side, not... not even for a moment.:
ph33r my rod: "...and these things tend to last for several hours, so..." *sighs* "We... might as well stay, as much as I don't want to..."
Omega19x: "... I... know you don't... But... I don't think we can go out in that..."
Omega19x: "Can we?"
Omega19x: (need to wrap up soon.)
ph33r my rod: "It's not a good idea."
Omega19x: "... then... we'll have to... to stay... a little while longer..."
Omega19x: *drops down, and wraps his arms around Malik* "...whatever demons you're facing in here... I'll... I'll face them too."
Omega19x: "All night long. To... to protect you. If I have to."
Omega19x: *smile*
ph33r my rod: *nods and clings to him*

Omega19x: "...just... let it all out, Malik. I'm here... I'm here."
