ph33r my rod: *turns off the TV since he can't understand anything, gets up and answers the door*
Omega19x: "Sorry I took so long. I... I was out getting a surprise for you."
Omega19x: *has a bag behind his back, and something smells downright delicious.*
ph33r my rod: "...ooh!"
Omega19x: *comes in, and puts bag down on bed*
ph33r my rod: *peeks in bag* "What is it what is it~?"
Omega19x: "... I found a French bakery, where they let you bake your own bread to take home. So I made you some REAL french bread." *smiles*
Omega19x: "I made a hot heart bun for you." *just like a hot cross bun, but with a heart painted on it in glaze instead of a cross*
ph33r my rod: "...awww~" *hugs Ryou* "That's so sweet of you. And it smells really good..."
Omega19x: "... I made a batch of fresh cream puffs too."
Omega19x: "and a real French baguette."
ph33r my rod: *breaks a chunk off of the heart bun and eats it* "..." *melt*
ph33r my rod: *tears off a chunk for Ryou* "Try some~ It's really good." *grins*
Omega19x: "I'm glad you like it. I... I don't really get much chance to make real bread often."
ph33r my rod: *nibbles on bread* "You should try it out more often."
Omega19x: *smiles and breaks apart the baguette* "See the irregular air holes? That's a sign of good homemade bread."
Omega19x: *nibbles, and it really is good*
ph33r my rod: *nodnod* "The taste is a pretty good indicator too, heh."
Omega19x: *smiles*
Omega19x: "... and I couldn't resist making a few cream puffs. I added some nuts to the dough to give it a different flavor. It was Yugi's idea."
Omega19x: *smiles* "I saw him outside the bakery, and we baked things together!"
ph33r my rod: "...huh." *takes one of the cream puffs and tries it* "... Yeah, the nuts give it kind of a different texture." *big grin*
Omega19x: "... and it's not often we have real French cream."
Omega19x: *smiles*

Omega19x: "And... and tonight... why don't we go on a dinner cruise, while we're getting the picture for the riddle. There's plenty of boats that go down the Siene."
ph33r my rod: "...I'd like that a lot."
Omega19x: "There's a really nice one that... that departs at the foot of the Eiffel Tower."
Omega19x: "And we'll have a nice romantic view of Paris that way.":
Omega19x: *smiles, and pecks Malik gently on the cheek*
ph33r my rod: *smiles back* "Yeah, that'd be really nice. They do say this is supposed to be one of those romantic-type cities~..."
Omega19x: "I looked for other romantic things to do... They reccommended wine tasting, and learning about cheese... But... I don't think that's very fun."
Omega19x: "... I think it would be more fun to look at Egyptian artifacts in the Lourve."
ph33r my rod: "Oooh, yeah. To see what kinda stuff they have compared to the museum back home... that'd be pretty cool."
Omega19x: "... then what are we waiting for?"
Omega19x: *takes Malik's hand*
ph33r my rod: *squee* "Let's go~?"

Omega19x: *and since time is short, I suggest a magical Lourvelapse*

Omega19x: *and cut straight to Ryou and Malik walking hand in hand down the side of the Seine river, with the Eifel Tower in front of them*

Omega19x: *walks over a bridge* "can't forget to take a picture!"
Omega19x: (ZOMG, there's a kid Malik?)
ph33r my rod: "Nope." *takes out camera and keeps an eye out for a boat*

ph33r my rod: (( Yes, there is. :X;; Pachel explained it as like... Rishid being in the weird dimension-type thing, and he finds little!Malik and brings him back with him, or something. ))

ph33r my rod: *takes a couple more, just to be on the safe side* "There, I got a couple of good ones." *puts the camera back in his pocket, taking Ryou's hand again*

Omega19x: "... let's get down to the eiffel tower before the cruise boat takes off without us." *smiles*

Omega19x: (and we might just have to pretend they went on the dinner cruise, because I need to get things ready to go.)

Omega19x: *the atmosphere is romantic, of course. In fact, Malik and Ryou appear dressed down for the occasion. The tables are set so only two are there per table.*
Omega19x: *Ryou points to a table by a window, so they can see the lights of Paris as the sun goes down*

ph33r my rod: *walks over to the table and sits down*

Omega19x: *the menu is completely in french*

ph33r my rod: "..." *blinkblink* "I can't read this at all."
Omega19x: "... me neither..."
Omega19x: "We... might just have to guess..."
ph33r my rod: "Um..." *bites lip* "Y'think anyone might be able to translate for us, or something?"
Omega19x: "... um..." *flags over a waiter, that only speaks french*
Omega19x: "... okay... we'll just have to guess then... what sounds good to you?"
ph33r my rod: "Uh... I can recognize like, two words on here... soufflé?" *blink blink*
Omega19x: *points at something on the menu, and the waiter nods, and brings back a plate of frog's legs*
ph33r my rod: (( Y'know, I was just looking at those on Wikipedia... ))

ph33r my rod: *points at something random, and is presented with a big plate of foie gras*
Omega19x: *tastes* "... hey... these are pretty good."

Omega19x: "... here... um... I... I think I can..." *goes and tries to talk with the waiter, eventually he gets the point across that his companion is a vegetarian, and finally gets a salad brought out*

Omega19x: *turns out the manager of this dinner cruise speaks some english*
Omega19x: *and dinner is on them.* (as long as Ryou claims that's what Malik ordered in the first place)
