ph33r my rod: *has only just gotten home from work, getting settled in and whatnot* "...Ryou?"
Omega19x: "... Isis... Isis, did you hear?"
Omega19x: *is obviously paniced*
ph33r my rod: "..." *nods, looking worried as well* "Yes..."
Omega19x: *gulp* "... Isis... I need to know about the Ghouls... Tell me everything about them... please... I... I have to find Malik!"
ph33r my rod: "...I'm sorry, I don't really have much I can tell you. They're an underground sect of elite duelists who steal rare cards to sell on the black market, but there's not much else I could tell you..." *sigh*
Omega19x: "... Malik worked with them... didn't he tell you anything?"
ph33r my rod: *shakes head* "Not too much. He really just wanted to forget whatever happened during Battle City..."
Omega19x: *looks down* "... I... I just don't know what to do, Isis... I'm scared..."
ph33r my rod: "I know... I'm scared too." *crosses arms* "But have faith in Malik. He's strong... and I don't know what else to tell you. You'll have to keep trying to use the Ring to find him..."
Omega19x: "... wh...what if... what if I can't... What if the ghouls do something really terrible?"
ph33r my rod: *bites lip* "...I don't know, Ryou." *sigh* "I wish I did..."
Omega19x: "... I... I love him more than anything... I... I have to stop them. I have to save him... He... he'd do the same thing for me..."
ph33r my rod: *nods* "I know. He has done the same for you, several times..." *thinks a little* "I can try to see if the Tauk will tell me anything..."
Omega19x: "... okay... I... I hope it doesn't... go crazy or anything..."
Omega19x: "... and I didn't mean to make it sound like he hasn't... I... I'm just nervous, and scared... and I... I should just shut up..."
ph33r my rod: "Ryou, it's okay, I know you didn't mean to... make it sound that way. I'm worried about him too." *goes to get the box she keeps the Tauk in* "It hasn't really done much lately, so... I'm not sure if it'll even react." *puts it on*
Omega19x: *Ryou sits down quietly. He wipes his eyes, starting to cry*
ph33r my rod: *gently pats Ryou's shoulder, then closes her eyes and concentrates. Nothing happens.*
Omega19x: *rubs his eyes again*
ph33r my rod: *tries again, but still nothing* "...I'm sorry, Ryou. It's not working."
Omega19x: "... what if... what if my ring's broken, like your tauk?"
Omega19x: *finally just starts to cry, not really being able to hold it in any longer* "... I... I just want Malik back safe and sound..."
ph33r my rod: "It helped you find something yesterday, didn't you...?" *drapes an arm over his shoulders* "As long as you don't give up, then you'll find him... I'll help too. He's my brother, after all..."
Omega19x: *just cries on Isis shoulder* "... I... I'm so scared..."
Omega19x: "I... I try not to be... but... but I am..."
ph33r my rod: "I know... just try to stay strong. Malik would want you to."
Omega19x: "... I... I know..."
Omega19x: "... How do you stay strong, Isis?"
ph33r my rod: "Knowing that Malik is. I'm sure he wants to be back just as much as we want him back... and he knows we miss him, too. That thought is keeping him strong."
Omega19x: "... I... I believe in him! It's... just me... that I don't really believe in all that much..."
Omega19x: "Did you see what Seto and Mokuba said? They said I... I should just leave him... and... and that I'm just bad luck... And it's my fault this happened..."
ph33r my rod: "...oh, don't listen to them. This isn't your fault, okay? It's not really anyone's fault except for the ones who took him from us."
Omega19x: *weak nod*
Omega19x: "... I... I have to find him... I just have to..."
ph33r my rod: "As long as you keep that kind of determination, you will find him. Just keep trying to use the Ring... it'll lead you to him eventually."
Omega19x: "... okay..."
Omega19x: "... s..sorry I... I bothered you..."
ph33r my rod: "No, no, it's alright... don't worry about that, Ryou."
Omega19x: *weak nod*
Omega19x: "... I'd better go find my yami..."
Omega19x: "He... he knows more about the ring than anybody else... He lived in it for three thousand years."
ph33r my rod: *hugs Ryou* "Alright. Let me know if you find anything, okay...?"
Omega19x: "you'll be the first to know, Isis..."
Omega19x: "I... I promise... I... I will bring him back... somehow..."
ph33r my rod: *small smile* "...I'll ask the gods to keep him safe."
