xXangstSethXx: The door came open with a high-pitched giggle, and Isis wandered in, bedecked in princessly finery, including the Tauk glittering shinily around her neck. "Like, hello, loyal subjects!" she tittered.
Omega19x: Ryou looked back at Malik. "... oh no... it's the princess."
Omega19x: Mahaado observed from a corner.
Panikat JazzHall: Panik came in just after Isis. "Hello everyone." He had on one of his more elegant (and somewhat sparkly) dance costumes, complete with top hat. He just hoped he fit the role.
Nezukun: Ry even had a hat with a bright blue fluffy feather on top, and he played with it while he watched everyone, a vaguely amused smile on his face.
Roar Grr Argh: "Wow Varon-san, I like your hat. It's kinda funny,' Ryuu said, giggling.

YamiSSF: Amun took a deep breath and entered the room, Neki firmly on his arm.

Omega19x: Mahaado felt rather at home in armor.
YamiSSF: The costume he wore was perfect for a Duke, rich with velvet in dark colours, complete with flowing cape and a duke's coronet showing his relationship to the King on his brow.
fai tiger: "Like, a foreign Baroness," Honda mocked.
Omega19x: Mahaado made his way over to the 'baroness.,' and whispered under his breath. "Ah, my lady. Are you certain you wish to go through with such a treaty?"
fluffysongbird: "Hello, Amun." Yuugi walked over to him. "You look very nice."
xXangstSethXx: "Like, you should have made her like a princess or something. It's like... degrading, to see my other self just a baroness." She played with her hair.
xCrossSoulx: Neki followed Amun of course. He had never been to a part before and he felt a bit out of place. His costume was similar to Amun's to a degree but without any marks of royality
YamiSSF: Amun smiled. "Thank you. You look good as well, Yuugi."
fluffysongbird: "It's nice to see you, too, Neki."
Roar Grr Argh: "Amun-sama!" Ryuu ran over to him and Neki-san to give them both big hugs.
fluffysongbird: "Um, this...I--" He was nearly knocked over by Ryuuzaki.
ph33r my rod: Isis blatantly ignored her other self, resisting the urge to glare at her. "...yes, it'll be for the good of both of our kingdoms." She had to practice this "acting" thing more.
xCrossSoulx: Neki gave Yuugi smile and nodded his head and he blinked a bit at Ryuuzaki smiling slightly. He was a bit afraid of all the other people.
YamiSSF: Amun chuckled and hugged Ryuu. "Nice to see you as well."
ph33r my rod: Eventually, Kajiki arrived, looking... not very different from how he normally looked. He wasn't sure how merchants were supposed to dress, anyway. "Heeeeey, everyone~!"
fai tiger: Rebecca shrank back a bit from the scene, still looking to see if she could find anyone she knew. Besides Yuugi and the pervert, obviously.
xXangstSethXx: With a burst of light, the door once more burst open. Pegasus rather resembled Gandalf, but with a bunny eyepatch, and a bunny head (plushie) on the top of his staff.
xTooBloodyRight: Varon looked over at the princess, but didn't approach her. He wasn't sure about this whole.. entertaining thing.

fai tiger: "I wonder where the king is," Honda replied with a shrug.
Roar Grr Argh: "Me too! I need to talk to him about being friendly."
Omega19x: Ryou became quite nervous at seeing the royal mage, and quickly went the other direction.
xXangstSethXx: Pegasus levelled a mistrustful eye toward hte Duke and... er... Consort, and beamed at Mana and Seth-chan. "Hello there!" he chirped, and produced a dove out of nowhere.
xTooBloodyRight: "Eh, hi." Varon felt a very strong urge to run. He smiled half-heartedly at Isis and prepared to pull out the juggling balls in his pocket.

xCrossSoulx: Perhaps, it was time to assume his role, as it were. Neki moved back a little from Amun though he bowed to the king himself as well if only out of respect. "Your Highness."
Omega19x: Mahaado was silent on that matter, eying the king with much distrust.
fluffysongbird: "Um...greetings." He wasn't too good at acting, either, but did his best.
Omega19x: Ryou stayed back, and whispered to his other self, "Just being in character, yeah..."
ph33r my rod: Isis simply tried to keep her distance from the King and the royal court, staying close to those that she was familiar with.
YamiSSF: Amun was very good at acting. And acting when life and death wasn't involved was just fun
fai tiger: The King accepted the flowers cautiously. "Ah... thank you. I'm still not making you the Court Mage though."
XEgyptiansmileX: Seth-chan glared at the so-called king, making no attempt to bow.
Nezukun: With a hum and a shrug, Ryou bowed deeply in the King's direction with a small flourish. "Highness."
fluffysongbird: Yuugi acted distrustful, but still bowed.
xTooBloodyRight: Varon didn't acknowledge the king, choosing instead to sit cross-legged on the ground and light a cigarette.
fai tiger: Honda considered joining Varon, but thought better of it.

xXangstSethXx: Pegasus pouted artistically. "Well, I suppose I shall make do, then. Who needs a silly ld title anyway?" He swept off his hat and produced a rabbit from it, which he gabve to Isis, who just made a face.
Omega19x: Ryou stayed with the other peasants, not very comfortable among royalty, and wondering why he was invited in the first place.
fai tiger: The King went back to looking around, unsure why he had invited the peasants either.
xCrossSoulx: Neki's eyes flickered to the faction who seemed not to care for the King and smiled a little. Those around him making him slightly tense.
ph33r my rod: Kajiki, feeling completely in the wrong time period, saluted the King. "Greetings, your Highness~"
Panikat JazzHall: Ryuu shuffled over to King-san, all nerves. "H-H-Highness...I...my chairs..." He couldn't speak any more because he started crying.
fai tiger: The King stared at him, then backed away.
Nezukun: Ryou eyed Pegasus distastefully.

Panikat JazzHall: Panik leaned against the wall, looking around. There were quiet a few people here he wasn't happy on seeing.

fai tiger: The King stalked over to the Duke. "That will not be necessary, dear brother in law. I already have someone in mind to escort my daughter."

fluffysongbird: Yuugi looked away somewhat sadly, or at least trying to look sad.
YamiSSF: Amun gave him a look. "Do you? I don't see him, royal brother in law. I do not wish to have my neice's honour questioned."
fai tiger: Er, wait, did he have someone? Tomoshiro paused for a moment, then smiled at the Duke.
xXangstSethXx: Meanwhile, isis got bored and wandered toward hte jester again. "Juggle for me," she said, sitting beside him with a smile. "Or tell me, like, a story or something."
XEgyptiansmileX: "Why is the king so bossy?" Mana asked Mahaado.
fai tiger: "Of course! A young foreign knight I called here. Where is he?" The King walked over to pull Honda into the action, since it was his party and all.
fluffysongbird: "That's just the way he is, I guess."
ph33r my rod: Kajiki, watching Isis move over to Varon, smirked and quietly snickered to himself.
xTooBloodyRight: Groaning inwardly, Varon extracted the rest of the balls from his pocket. He began to throw them in the air, not having the slightest clue how to juggle properly.
Omega19x: "I expect nothing less from such a man such as he." Mahaado whispered to his squire.
YamiSSF: "You brought someone in from outkingdom?"
xCrossSoulx: Neki watched the king and Amun intereacting and smiled a bit as he looked down. Everyone here was too...high and mighty for him.
fluffysongbird: Yuugi tried his best to look even more sad.
xXangstSethXx: isis giggled as varon failed ot juggle, then had to scramble out of hte way as het balls crashed to earth.

Omega19x: Ryou saw the town crier. "Ah, Kajiki... Do you have news of any thieves in the town?"

fai tiger: With a glare at the King, Honda pulled his arm away. "Couldja least find better... mead or whatev?"

ph33r my rod: "Well..." Kajiki scratched his head in thought. "I caught one of them trying to yoink a few fish from my stand earlier, but other than that, I've not heard any other reports~"

xTooBloodyRight: Irritated at this interaction (or at least trying to be), Varon dropped all of his balls at once and went to find some alcohol. "Excuse me."

fai tiger: "Oh, yes... mingle." Honda smiled even more, obviously knowing something the others didn't.
fluffysongbird: "Um, P-princess, um...would you like to go back now?"

xXangstSethXx: Isis rolled her eyes again. "You like totally drove off my jester," she said, getting to her feet and brshing off her dress.
Omega19x: "The poor box barely has enough money to feed the hungry."
fluffysongbird: "Because, um..." He really wished there were some notes that he took. "It might not be safe, and um..."
fluffysongbird: And Yuugi sure wasn't enthusiastic about Isis being his love interest.
XEgyptiansmileX: Seth-chan stared at the cross, and shook his head. "It is still aboominnnation!" He drew the word out.
ph33r my rod: "Aww, that sucks." No, of course Kajiki had no idea about the language in medieval times.
fai tiger: Honda wasn't too thrilled about Tomoshiro trying to make him the princess's love interest either.
xXangstSethXx: "Like, whatev." Isis followed Yuugilistlessly, looking bored.

fai tiger: Honda pulled further away from the King as the princess approached. "Should be some... actually, not sure where. I'll go look."

xCrossSoulx: "Spoiled rotten." Neki muttered under his breath as he watched Yuugi and Isis and then to the king....
fluffysongbird: "I am just um...here for your....safety?"
Nezukun has left the room.
xXangstSethXx: "If it is as you say then I'm certainly the devil's evil henchman," Pegasus said brightly to Seth-chan.
YamiSSF: "As any good knight should be." Amun nodded.
fai tiger: He looked around in confusion. "Now where did that other knight go...?"
xTooBloodyRight: Varon sighed with relief. He wasn't sure quite what his role was in the assembled crowd, but he had a feeling that being drunk would help him understand it.
Omega19x: Yes, the tournament. Mahaado glanced at some of the other knights. The short one looked rather weak. The priestly one, holier than thou. The foreign knight - he didn't know who he was, but he didn't trust him.
xXangstSethXx: Isis snorted a little. "Like, whatever you say. You just wish I hadn't turned you down." She glared a little, then switched it to Amun and Neki.
fluffysongbird: Yuugi glared at his other comerades as well. How he wished he could be as nearly as strong, but at least he surpassed all of them in cunningness.
YamiSSF: Amun smiled. "Surely any knight who can't wait a few moments for the attention of his King is not worthy of his daughter's hand, royal brother in law." He was having fun.
ph33r my rod: "Hey, friar, if you need anyone to help out at your little parish, I'd be willing~" He threw a wink in Ryou's direction. He had heard anything against flirting with the friar, so...

fai tiger: Honda soon found some alcohol and brought several bottle out to the group.

XEgyptiansmileX: With a gasp, Seth-chan stepped back. "No! The devil, in this room!" He pointed the cross at Pegasus. "Out of this magician, release him, yep!" He was really getting into character.

XEgyptiansmileX: True. Seth-chan handed Pegasus his cross back, and drew one of his own. "There! Out, vile demon, yep yep!" He waved it in front of the magician's face.
xCrossSoulx: After all it's a horrible thing how the peasant folk are poor and powerless and how the royality...or at least some...use their money for pointless things and their power....for far worse things."
xXangstSethXx: Isis merrily took some mead for herself and wandered around, sniffing. "Ew... I like, totally smell peasants..."

fai tiger: Honda went to give Varon some alcohol too. He wasn't really one to care if the underaged people drank, figured someone would stop them from getting drunk.

fai tiger: The King looked around. "Speaking of them... it seems they were unable to come. How unfortunate."
Nezukun has entered the room.

Omega19x: Ryou heard the town crier. "Oh, god be blessed for such a feast." He made note to sneak food back to those in his congregation that could not come.
fai tiger: Honda walked to the table, noting in irritation that Tomoshiro had moved his place card next to that of the princess.
Nezukun: "Better be something sweet." Ry wandered up the table, choosing himself a seat somewhere in the King's vicinity.

YamiSSF: Amun noted that too and made a face, taking his own seat next to Neki.
Omega19x: Ryou sat on a far end of the table, wondering where the place setting was for the peasant who had volunteered his service to the church.

xXangstSethXx: Isis took her seat, sighing at varon's being a ways away, and rolled her eyes at Honda next to her, proceeding ot ignore him.

fai tiger: Rebecca moved to the table, noting that she was with the other minor nobles between the guests and the merchants, who were next to the peasants.

fai tiger: There were some empty seats for people who hadn't come to the party, though it was likely that people had moved closer to the king if they could.
Nezukun: He flicked a glance at the knight. "Having fun?"
XEgyptiansmileX: "What's wrong, Sir?" Mana asked her knight master beside her. "Aren't they friendly?"
ph33r my rod: Kajiki, not particularly caring about who he was seated by (as long as it wasn't a mage), took the first open seat he could find, which was closer to the peasants.
XEgyptiansmileX: Seth-chan eyed the mage warily. "Yes. Though there is the work of Satan in this room, uh-huh."
ph33r my rod: He set his bell down on the table, should it be needed again.
Omega19x: His squire was young and rather naive. "No. They slaughtered our people in battle, and now cry for peace."
fai tiger: The King pretended not to hear that.
YamiSSF: Amun winked at Neki and leaned over to murmur "having fun?"
XEgyptiansmileX: "Oh." Mana remembered vaguely the war between the two nations, but not enough to actually care. "Isn't peace good, though?"

xCrossSoulx: He smiled and nodded as he took Amun's hand and held it. "Yes."

Nezukun: He immediately thought of Pegasus and wrinkled his nose. "That there is... Would you like a feather?" He smiled.

fai tiger: "May a new wave of prosperity come to our lands." He might have gone on, but Honda was glaring at him already.

Nezukun: "Hm." He grinned to himself, ignoring Pegasus pointedly.
XEgyptiansmileX: Mana spotted Mahaado and ran to him. "No, we have to stay! What if something happens to Baroness Isis when you leave?"
fluffysongbird has left the room.
xXangstSethXx: "Come, dear knight, sit, won't you?" Mahaado's chair nudged at his knees. "There's nothing to be fed up with."
fai tiger: The King batted away Seth-chan in confusion.
YamiSSF: "Sir Mahaado, please stay." Amun added. "There is no need to turn down the King's board." He took a bite of his food.
XEgyptiansmileX: Seth-chan managed to grab the feather and return to his seat. "What next, my Lord?" He asked the Holy Feather.
Omega19x: "Watch the baroness." he ordered his squire. "I need some air. The false sense of pleasantries are suffocating."
Nezukun: "Fine ribbons, my Knight! We feathers require them! You should know that."
xCrossSoulx: Sighing Neki finished off the wine and placed the goblet back on the table.
ph33r my rod: Isis looked up at Mahaado for a moment, then back down at her plate. She nudged it away, despite that there was still a lot left on it.
XEgyptiansmileX: "Certainly!" Mana sat down again, looking at Isis. "Aren't you hungry, Baroness?"
Omega19x: He bowed slightly to his baroness.
xXangstSethXx: Isis was unfortunately fairly beribboned.
XEgyptiansmileX: Seth-chan looked at his food, then at the Princess. "No, no! That's not right."
Omega19x: Ryou watched the nobles strangely. "They behave oddly. Perhaps it is the unconsecrated wine."
fai tiger: "Geez, sorry fer fallin on yur... baroness-broad or whatever she is," Honda muttered, passing him to sit down over near the merchants and pesants.
xCrossSoulx: "Too much inbreeding." Neki said under his breath
xXangstSethXx: Mahaado's chair followed him like a puppy, while Pegasus watched with a calm little smile, sitting back and petting the rabbit.
Omega19x: "... very strange..."
xTooBloodyRight: Varon laughed at the use of the word 'broad', hiccuped, and stayed silent.
Nezukun: "My Knight... Precious Knight! Only you can succeed in this task...!"
ph33r my rod: Malik nodded. "Uhhhh. Yeah, weird stuff goes on with these royals and nobles. Kinda makes me glad I'm just a peasant."
xXangstSethXx: "Like you have any reason to talk about 'breeding'," Isis muttered haughtily, evidently attuned to Neki, to whjom said princess had taken an obvious dislike.
YamiSSF: Amun cocked an eyebow, teasing gently as he spoke to Neki. "Are you saying I'm inbread, love?"

Omega19x: Mahaado had only taken a few steps when he saw the chair following him. "Pathetic mages."

fai tiger: Rebecca noticed Yuugi reappear, and quickly looked away with a sniff.

XEgyptiansmileX: "It's no problem, Sir!" Mana made a little bow to the knight before her. She didn't care for politics, and didn't mind that he wasn't from her kingdom.
Nezukun: Ryou glanced up from his eating and eyed the chair, then snorted. "Pegasus, don't be so childish."
Omega19x: Mahaado shot him a dark glare.
fluffysongbird: "I, um...demand to know who has done this?"
xXangstSethXx: Pegasus covered his outh and snickered.
XEgyptiansmileX: Seth-chan ate, still looking at the feather. He didn't know anything about that locking-out thing.
fai tiger: "I wasn't aware he could even do that," Rebecca murmured. She had thought he was the mage of illusions, not animation.
Omega19x: Ryou giggled a little bit that someone was locked in the 'royal loo'
xCrossSoulx: Neki looked over at Amun and gave him a smile meant only for him. "Of course not." he ignored Her Prissyness...erm Her Highness infavoring of flirting with his Lord.
YamiSSF: Amun rolled his eyes. "My royal brother, I ask that this knight be given satisfaction for his humiliation. Give him a boon." He leaned over and kissed Neki
xXangstSethXx: A pea landed in Amun's pointy hair.
Omega19x: Mahaado walked a few more steps, glancing to see if the chair had followed. He had the presence of mind to shatter it to pieces with one swift kick.
fai tiger: Tomoshiro, aka the King, watched all of this uncomfortably. This wasn't what he'd agreed to when Honda had asked him to play the King...
Nezukun: Ryou rolled his eyes. "At least you could have managed something more elaborate. A chair, seriously?"
Nezukun: The feather sparkled brilliantly, and a soft, heavenly melody played from within the feather.
xXangstSethXx: The chair did indeed follow. Pegasus didn't think Honda would appreciate it being shattered, though. "What's wrong with chairs?" he asked. "Surely he'll need a seat."
xXangstSethXx: "I suppose feathers are more in the realm of yours skills, of course."
fai tiger: "Knight, uh... please come back," he attempted.
xCrossSoulx: Neki kissed him back then leaned back in his chair once more watching the gathering.
XEgyptiansmileX: "What?" Seth-chan looked at Pegasus. Was he saying the feather wasn't God talking? ABOMINATION.
YamiSSF: The psuedo-Duke glared at his 'niece'.
Omega19x: And that was precicely why he did not shatter the chair.

ph33r my rod: Kajiki, having finished off his meal, leaned back in his chair. Unfortunately, he leaned back a bit too far, and ended up falling backwards. "Eep!"

Nezukun: "The least you could have done was provide him with some refreshments." He hummed innocently. "And I said it was a special feather!"
fluffysongbird: "...And, um...what have I done to deserve this?!"

xXangstSethXx: "Well, seeing as he hasn't partaken of hte refreshmaents so thoughtfully already provided, I decided not to have him believe I was attemtping to poison him by forcing them upon him.

XEgyptiansmileX: Mana looked on as Kajiki fell backwards and giggled. "Silly merchants..."
Omega19x: He continued to ignore the chair, and disappeared from the room. (to check on his baby...)

ph33r my rod: Kajiki picked himself up, sitting back down. "I, uh, meant to do that!"

xXangstSethXx: isis watched hte chair, deciding not to ask, and ignored Pegasus and Ryou, and snorted at Kajiki. "Stupid peasants."
Nezukun: "But surely he would not wish to be dehydrated. And enchanted chairs make far more threatening weapons than a simple plate or goblet."

fai tiger: "Er, as it seems that this portion of the feast is concluded and we are already receiving our mid-meal entertainment, let us move on to the next portion..."
XEgyptiansmileX: Seth-chan ignored the feather...for now. He'd repent when he got home, or out of sight.
ph33r my rod: "Juuuuust fine!" Though falling had hurt a bit, he kept a big grin on his face.

Nezukun: The feather made a sniffling sound.
xXangstSethXx: "Can we get this over with so that we can go home?"
fai tiger: Tomoshiro knew he was supposed to be acting like a jerk of a king and all, but he wasn't as good an actor as he thought apparenlty.
YamiSSF: "I think most highly of you." Amun agreed, playing with Neki's hair.
fai tiger: The servants brought out the dessert of the meal.
XEgyptiansmileX: Mana giggled some more. "Are you going to fall again?" She asked Kajiki.
ph33r my rod: "It won't be funny if I do it anymore~"
Omega19x: Ryou looked at the dessert. He had never had a meal this large and spectacular.
xCrossSoulx: Neki rested his head on Amun's shoulders and closed his eyes to slits as he watched everyone once more.
xXangstSethXx: Isis yawned widely, obviously bored, watching Varon from hte corner of her eye.
fluffysongbird: Yuugi ate whatever dinner was left, trying to catch up.
Omega19x: Mahaado re-entered the room, making sure that his baby was all right. He then got back into character, and decided to watch from the corner for a while, where he had a better view of the king and his men.
YamiSSF: Amun fed Neki bits of dessert

fai tiger: Slowly light returned, revealing that they were mysteriously transported to the hall of a castle and some people were not where they had been earlier.

ph33r my rod: Isis blinked at their new surroundings. "Uhm... just... fine?"
Nezukun: "Hoboy."
xXangstSethXx: "I said I'm fine!" Isis slid out of her chair, ending with a body against hers, finding that she had caught varon, and blinekd as she looked around.

fai tiger: A servant gasped and pointed at the King.
fluffysongbird: "Um...I don't think this was part of the script..."
YamiSSF: Amun opened his eyes. "Where are we?"

xXangstSethXx: Pegasus blinked a couple times, holding hte bunny with one hand and hte staff with the other. "Huh."
xTooBloodyRight: Varon grinned and regained his balance. "Sorry about that."
xCrossSoulx: Neki continued to hold Amun as he looked around....wonderful....
o0firegirl0o: "We've been transported to a different world, no!" Seth-chan dove under the table, noticing the change in clothing and a sword at his side.
ph33r my rod: Kajiki pulled himself back together again, although his chair was now gone. "What's going on?"
fluffysongbird: Yuugi poked at his own armor as well, realizing that it was...metal...and not just armor, but...chain mail?

Omega19x: Mahaado spoke out of character for a moment. "It looks like a portal opened through the shadow realm and sent us to an alternate world." And then realized that in character, he was standing behind the king.
YamiSSF: Amun's outfit wasn't all that different, but he found himself wearing a dagger as well as a sword, and a signet ring... details he hadn't bothered with.
o0firegirl0o: "Master...Sir Mahaado!" Mana jumped from her seat, realizing that the leather and metal she was wearing wasn't what she came in originally.
fai tiger: The King, who was suddenly not Tomoshiro but a older man, was face-down on the table. His eyes were glassy and fixed open.
xTooBloodyRight: Varon's jester hat was now made of some sort of fuzzy material, instead of cheap plastic. Nothing else about him had changed.
xXangstSethXx: Isis grabbed for her tauk, relieved ot still find the malfunctioning dumb thing there,and then looked down at herself. "Wow... I'm even hotter than before. Like, nice!"
Nezukun has left the room.
Omega19x: Ryou blinked, rather scared. "Oh dear... oh dear..." His cross was now a rosary, and he had a cap on his head.
fai tiger: "'E's DEAD!!!" the servant finally managed to scream in the confusion.
Omega19x: (and meanwhile, Honda's coworker is sitting in Honda's house, really confused.)

fai tiger: The guards, who had suddenly appeared from nowhere, slammed the doors shut.

Nezukun: Silk... And a staff? He'd been staring blankly for a minute, and snapped back into awareness at the door slam.
ph33r my rod: Isis hadn't changed all of that much, save for her dress becoming a more elegant material. "...oh dear. This isn't good."
Omega19x: "So much for the peace treaty." Mahaado smiled, speaking under his breath, glancing back at his baroness.
fai tiger: "Yes," one of the guards growled, glaring at Mahaado.
fai tiger: "Don't suppose you foreigner would know anything about this, hm?"
YamiSSF: "Well, tje king's dead and someone here probably did it." Amun concluded. He looked the body over to see how he died
xXangstSethXx: Isis finally cared enough to look at the king, then shrieked, pointing her finger at Amun and Neki. "You, like, fiends!"
ph33r my rod: Malik's outfit, thankfully, was one that fit better. He no longer had to pull his skirt-thing down. "Is this some weird Tauk vision, or...?"
Omega19x: He chose to ignore the guard's question, and sat back down.

YamiSSF: "If I'd wanted him dead, princess, I wouldn't have killed him at a feast." Amun snapped.
o0firegirl0o: Seth-chan, meanwhile, was still under the table, praying to God and various Egyptian deities at the same time, not caring that he was out of character.
Omega19x: The poor friar trembled in his seat. He wasn't very good with death. And out of character, he wasn't too good with being transported to alternate dimensions. So that made acting easier.
xXangstSethXx: "Well someone did! Oh, god, they'll come after me next!" She grabbed Varon like a human shield, clinging. And then she glared at Yuugi. "Maybe it was one of the, like, bitter suitors..."
fai tiger: "Ain't ya 'posed ta get some religious type to give tha guy last rites or sumthin?" Honda asked no one in particular from nowhere near the body.
YamiSSF: Amun was still looking for the cause of death.
o0firegirl0o: Seth-chan looked at the friar. "You tend to it!" He told Ryou. He had more important things to do...like pray to God for his own soul.
xCrossSoulx: Neki looked at Honda a moment and then back at the princess before looking at Amun. "Any ideas what might have happened?"
ph33r my rod: "Hey, uh..." Malik reached over, patting the scared friar's shoulder in some sort of awkward comforting motion. This was... way too weird.
xTooBloodyRight: Great. First a jester, now a human shield. "Probably." Varon confirmed, narrowing his eyes at each of the suitors in turn. "Well, they'd better not try anything with you."
Omega19x: "Oh... right... of course." Ryou acknowledged, getting up and walking over to the king. He made the sign of the cross over his body, praying.
Omega19x: "This is not good at all."
fai tiger: Rebecca hesitantly got closer as well. "I think he was poisoned," she said quietly.
xXangstSethXx: "Oh no! I ATE THAT FOOD TOO! I'm going to die!"
fai tiger: She started sniffing the drinks and food.

YamiSSF: "It seems that way." Amun murmured. "Mahaado... do you have any spells to determine what kind of poison it was?"

fluffysongbird: Yuugi stood very awkwardly, but tried his best to be brave in this situation...even if it meant he'd miss his final exam and graduation.
Nezukun: "And you would know?" He glanced at Rebecca, staring at the King. Well... wasn't this interesting.
ph33r my rod: Isis was just completely lost. The king was dead, they'd just been transported to another world, and everything was just totally chaotic. "......"

Omega19x: He could sense nothing, save the heavy armor he was wearing. "I am literally a knight from Cophania."
xTooBloodyRight: Varon patted Isis on the back awkwardly, careful not to act too informal. "You're going to be fine, honestly."

ph33r my rod: "...huh. So we've literally taken on the roles that we were given." Despite the current situation, Kajiki thought this was actually pretty exciting.
fai tiger: "The rest of us aren't going to die," Rebecca commented. "However he was poisoned, it wasn't from the food or the drinks."

Nezukun: "Should that not be my job?" He interrupted Amun. "I'm the Court Mage."

YamiSSF: "Good point. Check him to see if any enchantment was involved in his death." Amun ordered.
fai tiger: "Er, um, yes... as the lord said, you are a suspect too..."

xXangstSethXx: Pegasus sniffed. "There's nothing wrong with using one's skills to make others happy. Certainly, however, I wouldn't want to overstep my post and encroach on the court mage."

fai tiger: The guards glared at Mahaado and waited for the court mage to give his word on presence of enchantments.
Omega19x: And for some odd reason, it was getting easier and easier to be in character.

Omega19x: Ryou stepped aside. He always thought the duke was up to no good.
xCrossSoulx: "Us?" Neki blinked at her. "Don't be absurd."
fluffysongbird: "No, I was the one to declare him evil, first!" Yuugi's voice was booming, and had developed sort of an accent.
xTooBloodyRight: Varon was sprawled on the ground, humming cheerfully to himself.
fai tiger: Rebecca ignored Yuugi in favor of looking for the strange knight, aka Honda.
ph33r my rod: Isis kept her distance from everyone else by moving over to a window. Now that the king was dead, what were they going to do in regards to the peace treaty (or lack thereof)?
YamiSSF: "Princess, I have no desire to rule your father's kingdom. I seek only to find a proper wedding for you and for you and your husband to rule."
Omega19x: Mahaado kept a close watch over the baroness. He was pleased that the king was dead, but knew that she would be their first target.
fluffysongbird: "You leave Her Highness be!"
fai tiger: Honda had managed to get out of the room and was looking for the rest of the royal court.
xXangstSethXx: Isis stood in front of Varon. "Everyone else in this room should be executed at once! Then we'll ge the killer for certain!"
fai tiger: "Why? Maybe she did it."
YamiSSF: "Ladies, attend the Princess; she is in distress with the death of her husband. Sir Knight, attend her as well." Amun ordered, in a tone that was used to giving orders."
Omega19x: "... what?!"
YamiSSF: *father
fluffysongbird: "I shall..."
Omega19x: (snort)
ph33r my rod: "Hey, hey! Don't go killing people until we find out who did it!"
fluffysongbird: "And there is no way she'd do such harm to her father!"
xTooBloodyRight: "You -hic- shut up about the -hic- princess's husband.. -hic-"
ph33r my rod: Malik flailed.

YamiSSF: Amun looked quite comfortable snapping orders, but he had been Pharaoh so if this was strange or not was impossible to say
fai tiger: Rebecca shrugged ane walked over again. "Obviously it had to be someone who got close enough to the king to give the poison to him directly."
xCrossSoulx: "...." Neki sighed nobles were so useless when things like this happened. "You should do as my Lord orders." he moved closer to him and glared about the room
Omega19x: Mahaado muttered something about doing no such thing.
fluffysongbird: "You dare say it was I?!"
fai tiger: "I would say that would make those sitting closest to him rather suspicious, logically."
xXangstSethXx: "You stay away from me!" she flailed toward Yuugi. "It could have been you! You're hoping I would run to your arms in my distress and agree to marry you!"
fai tiger: "As would be anyone who talked directly with him."
ph33r my rod: (( ...I totally forgot who was sitting closest to him. ))
fluffysongbird: "Why must you behave in this manner? You know I should do no such thing?"
fai tiger: ((Royal court and guests))
xXangstSethXx: "Rather makes everyone except hte peasants rather suspicious, doesn't it? And the very fact that they aren't suspicious makes the peasants suspicious..."
fluffysongbird: ((I need my daily dose of Shakespeare now))
fai tiger: "I didn't go near him until after he was dead, actually."
YamiSSF: "Sir Yuugi was sworn to your father, Princess." Amun pointed out.
Omega19x: "Thou shalt not kill..." Ryou whispered. "I am a man of the cloth... I did no harm to him."
fluffysongbird: Yuugi glared at Amun. How dare he speak for him....
xCrossSoulx: Neki once more faded into the background watching the confusion. The King was better off dead after all.
fai tiger: "Though, honestly, where is that strange knight?"
YamiSSF: Amun just met his look and cocked and eyebrow imperiously
ph33r my rod: "Geez, do I look like I could kill someone?" Malik looked down at himself. "I mean, the king was a jerkface and all, but seriously."
fluffysongbird: "You do not, peasant."
fai tiger: "That latest one the king was trying to get to marry the princess..."
fai tiger: "I think he did it."
xTooBloodyRight: Varon perked up. "What... -hic-... strange knight?"
xXangstSethXx: Isis glared at everyone and swept away to find a place to sit in a corner, not letting anyone behind her and lookng suspiciously at everyone. Someone here had killed her father and she could be next...
fai tiger: "The one who nearly fell in the lap of the Baroness."
fluffysongbird: "Please, do not fret, fair princess."
Omega19x: "... it could be anybody..."
xXangstSethXx: Isis slapped Yuugi and hmphed.
fluffysongbird: Yuugi bent down, trying not to weep.
fai tiger: And Honda continued wandering around outside the room.
ph33r my rod: "Well, obviously whoever did it isn't gonna fess up. They're only going to throw accusations around~"
Omega19x: (heh, the guards locked him out!)
xTooBloodyRight: Varon shrugged and staggered over to the princess. He stroked her hair in a manner he (drunkenly) perceived to be soothing.
xCrossSoulx: Neki sighed as he continued to watch
xXangstSethXx: Pegasus continued to sit on the table and pet his bunny. "Am I the only one finding this party terribly boring?"
ph33r my rod: "...it seems it's become much more than a party, now."
Omega19x: Mahaado nodded in agreement.
fluffysongbird: "There is no celebration."
fai tiger: ((Nah, Honda's not locked out, he left. guess that line earlier didn't get through))
xXangstSethXx: Isis sighed and leaned against him, not caring that he was messing up her meticulously coiffed locks. "Keep them all away," she commanded him.
YamiSSF: "Niece." Amun's voice could have frozen flame. "You disgrace yourself."
fluffysongbird: "...As you wish, my fair princess, Your Highness."
xCrossSoulx: "nothing like royal vapours." Neki commented to himself as he looked up at Amun a bit smiling, admiring him
xTooBloodyRight: "Right." Varon nodded emphatically. "All you bloody murderers stay away from my princess, y'hear?"
fluffysongbird: Yuugi slapped Varon with his glove.
xXangstSethXx: "Hm," Isis said, obviously uncowed by her uncle.
ph33r my rod: Isis sighed, resting her head in her hands. This was giving her one mother of a headache.
Omega19x: "Baroness, are you ill? Were you also poisoned?"
xTooBloodyRight: Varon pulled out his long-neglected juggling balls and threw them all at Yuugi, much more skillfully than he would've before the feast began.
ph33r my rod: "No, I don't believe so..."
fai tiger: Rebecca walked over to the Baroness, since she was getting tired of the princess and all the fuss over her.
ph33r my rod: "This is all just so confusing, that's all."
fluffysongbird: Yuugi tossed the balls right back at Varon.
YamiSSF: Amun ignored his niece. "Now, we have to figure out who did this. Poison is a coward's weapon."
Omega19x: "It is possible in an attempt to kill you, he poisoned himself."
Omega19x: "That is what I believe occured."
xXangstSethXx: Isis smiled a little and stood up, straightening her hair. "Guards, let me to my rooms. Post guards there as well, if you will, but I won't stay in this room."
xXangstSethXx: (( Because i have ot go to work... ))
fai tiger: "Why would he wait until the feast to do something like that?"
fluffysongbird: "If it be, then why were the rest of us not poisoned?"
fai tiger: The guards grudgingly decided to let the princess go the her room, since it didn't look like it would be a simple matter of finding the murderer within a few hours.
YamiSSF: "Too many other suspect... the coward was counting on this chaos.
Omega19x: "Easy. More suspects. And who says you were not?" the foreign knight added.
fluffysongbird: "And who is to say that you were not?"
YamiSSF: Amun shook his head. "I have no designs on the throne and no reason to kill my brother in law."
xTooBloodyRight: Varon pulled a face at Yuugi and sat back down on the ground.
fluffysongbird: :Other than to take the kingdom for yourself?"
xXangstSethXx: "Perhaps you might be a better king than this," Pegasus told Amun. "And make better choices." He sniffed a bit. "I do believe I shall find that other knight. Toodles."
xXangstSethXx: In a puff of colored smoke and sparkles, Pegasus disappeared, ostensibly to find Honda. ((though if Honda ocmes back, pegas is still gone ))
fai tiger: "Yay, finally someone else notices that he's gone," Rebecca muttered.
YamiSSF: Amun ordered the guards to bring Honda back
fai tiger: The guard being ordered stared for a moment. "Er, um... who?"
xCrossSoulx: Neki sighed a bit more and moved towards Amun again still watching the chaos. "So what happens now?"
xCrossSoulx: he asked softly trying to muster all the worry that he could over the nobles but deep down not caring at all for any of them...except Amun of course.
xXangstSethXx: (( bai all ))
ph33r my rod: "...we'll just have to find out who murdered the king, I suppose." And try to survive in this world.
fai tiger: Meanwhile Rebecca had convinced another of the guards to find her some parchment and a quill so that they could set about listing who gained and how from all of this.
xXangstSethXx has left the room.
YamiSSF: "The foreign knight!"
fai tiger: "He is right there," the guard answered, pointing to Mahaado.
Omega19x: Mahaado growled under his breath and looked away.
YamiSSF: He nuzzled Neki. "We find out who did this, and marry that twit niece of mine off so there is a new king." He glanced at the guard. "Tall, dark hair, brought in as a suitor for her Highness? Is this ringing any bells?"
fluffysongbird: Yuugi growled under his breath about Mahaado being a "dirty foreign fool'.
fai tiger: "He means the other foreign knight," Rebecca called over.
xTooBloodyRight: Varon muttered something under his breath, only half-listening to the conversation.
xCrossSoulx: Neki ndded as he watched everyone once again. He did wonder where Honda had gone...interesting
Omega19x: Mahaado growled back about Yugi being just a fool.
ph33r my rod: Malik, in the meantime, amused himself by counting how many stones formed the walls.
fai tiger: One of the guards raced off to look for the only knight he could think of that even half met that description, the other Honda. (who he's not going to find and bring, btw)
Omega19x: Ryou went back to sit with the other peasants. "... I'm scared. I... I know I did not harm the king, but someone here did."
fai tiger: "Is there anyone here who doesn't gain from the death of the Highness?" the guard sitting with Rebecca asked loudly in the silence.
YamiSSF: "I could gain, I will be honest."
ph33r my rod: "Uhhh." Malik raised his hand. "I don't." Except maybe a break in the taxes.
Omega19x: "It is one of the great commandments not to kill. What good would there be in gaining something here... when it's just going to be taken away from me when god calls for me?"
xCrossSoulx: And of course by extension Neki would gain. There was much Amun would get from it though and Neki wished for those things.
ph33r my rod: Kajiki shrugged. "I'm just a merchant, and I ring bells for stuff. What would I have to gain?"
xTooBloodyRight: "I -hic- don't. Except now the king isn't going to keep trying to marry off the princess to all these foreign.. -hic- freaks."
fai tiger: The guard blinked a few times, not knowing why the jester would care about the princess marrying.
fluffysongbird: Of course, Yuugi would gain the princess's heart, if not anything else. That was all that mattered to him.
ph33r my rod: Oh, but Kajiki had quite the idea of what was going on there~
fai tiger: "Right... we shall keep that in mind during the investigation."
xTooBloodyRight: Varon didn't elaborate, but looked distrustfully at Yuugi.
Omega19x: Mahaado kept pointedly silent. He had pretty much everything to gain and little to lose.

fai tiger: Rebecca stood. "Since obviously 'the investigation' does not know who did this, might we all be allowed to leave as the princess has?"
fai tiger: "Unless anyone would like to stay and consider this longer, that is."
YamiSSF: "As long as none leave the castle." Amun ordered
Omega19x: Ryou wanted to return to his little church. At least the thieves weren't usually violent.
Omega19x: ... so much for that.
YamiSSF: "Guards, open the doors. You will all be given rooms to stay in."
ph33r my rod: Oh, goody. Malik wouldn't have to sleep on dirt tonight.
fai tiger: Most of them had rooms anyways, since the festival and tournament to mark the peace treaty that was supposed to happen was soon.
xCrossSoulx: Neki moved closer to Amun and watched the people with slightly narrowed eyes....
YamiSSF: Amun rose and took Neki's hand, sweeping from the room to find his own luxerious quarters
Omega19x: Ryou followed Malik, as he felt more comfortable away from the nobles.
xCrossSoulx: And Neki followed him without another word.
fai tiger: ((*waits to see if anyone cares to discuss this with Rebecca or not*))
xTooBloodyRight: Varon tried to stand and failed. It looked like he'd be sleeping here tonight.
Omega19x: Mahaado stood by his baroness. "What of your peace treaty now, my lady?"
fluffysongbird: And Yuugi wasn't much used to this chain mail, though his behavior changed. Maybe it would be best to rest for now.
ph33r my rod: "...I don't know. I never expected this to happen, and now I'm unsure of what to do." She sighed.
Omega19x: "What of our presence in the tournament?" he whispered. "What do you wish me to do?"
fai tiger: Rebecca went between writing on the parchment and watching the other people in the hall.
ph33r my rod: Isis kept her voice down. "It'd be best if we continued to participate. Should we withdraw, they might take it as a bad sign..."
Omega19x: "very well."
Omega19x: "Though I am eager to leave this kingdom, and return to Cophania."

ph33r my rod: "Believe me, I am as well. But I'd rather not draw attention to ourselves by leaving at a time like this."
