ph33r my rod: After arriving at the hotel, checking into their room, and dropping their luggage off, Malik and Ryou took a train to a nearby city where one of the most popular hot spring resorts was.
Omega19x: They weren't dressed in their costumes yet. There would be plenty of time for that this weekend.
ph33r my rod: "Well, here we are..." It was already warm where they were at; the entrance to the bath house. They'd just have to change inside and go back behind the house to get to the pools. There was the sound of a waterfall in the distance.
ph33r my rod: "Let's go and get changed~" Malik had also bought some trunks.
Omega19x: "... okay..." Ryou blushed. He was still a bit nervous about going in the hot springs. He hardly ever just went around in swim trunks... not even around his friends.
ph33r my rod: Malik took his hand and gave it a squeeze. "C'mon... we're here to relax. It'll be okay."
Omega19x: "Okay..." Ryou held his hand tightly, and followed. "I'm right here with you."
ph33r my rod: Malik paid the admission for both of them, and then they headed inside the house to change. When he was done, Malik waited outside for Ryou.
Omega19x: Ryou eventually stepped out, in his blue and white striped swim trunks. He looked around, uneasily. "I'm... I'm ready..."
ph33r my rod: Malik took Ryou's hand again, and started heading down the wooden path toward the hot springs. They could start to see better views of them as they got closer.

Omega19x: Fortunately, the hot springs weren't very crowded. This made Ryou feel a lot more at ease, and by the time they got to the steps, he was starting to relax. The steam from the surrounding spring helped immensely.
ph33r my rod: Malik gave his hand another squeeze as they walked. Before long, he stopped at a spring surrounded by a wooden fence. There was a large rock jutting out into the spring, with water cascading down the sides. "...let's get in this one. It's pretty."
Omega19x: Ryou nodded, and climbed into the water, almost slipping in!
ph33r my rod: "Careful, it's slippery..." Malik held on to his hand as well as the wooden railing, slowly lowering himself into the water.
Omega19x: The water was so warm. Ryou smiled as he wiggled his toes in the water before sliding all the way in. "This... this is nice..." he smiled.
ph33r my rod: "I figured this would be a good idea. It feels like a bath, but you can't really get a bath like this at home, huh."
Omega19x: "It's like a hot tub... only different." Ryou started to smile. He was glad there weren't that many people. He didn't really even feel all that self conscious about sitting in the water without a shirt on.
ph33r my rod: "And it's not crowded, either. I think we even have this particular spring all to ourselves."
Omega19x: Ryou leaned into Malik, nuzzling at the base of his neck. "I... I like that a lot..."
ph33r my rod: Malik wrapped an arm around Ryou's shoulders, gently squeezing his shoulder. "And we've got a fun weekend ahead of us, too."
Omega19x: Ryou stretched and slouched farther in, his white hair getting wet in the back. "Oh yes..." he smiled.
Omega19x: "And we've got paopu puffs to spare."
Omega19x: He gave Malik a kiss on the cheek before leaning against his fiance's arm and closing his eyes.
ph33r my rod: Malik nodded and smiled, reaching up to run his fingers through Ryou's hair as they sat there in the spring. "We should do this more often. Just kinda... relax like this."
Omega19x: Ryou nodded a little, yawning. The combination of the warm water and Malik's arms made this the absolute perfect place for a nap.
Omega19x: "You're always so right about things..."
ph33r my rod: Malik leaned over to lightly kiss his forehead. "...I think this is good for... well, us too. Getting out and doing things. Isn't that what the counselor was telling us?"
Omega19x: "mmhmm."
Omega19x: "She certainly approved of me canceling our session this week for this trip."
Omega19x: Ryou yawned again, and snuggled next to Malik.
Omega19x: (it is laaaate)
