fai tiger: Rebecca nodded, leading him over to put his vegetables with the other side dishes. "Then I suppose it's good that I offered to host this, rather than someone with a house."
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu set his stuff down. "What does Malik-san do again?"
Omega19x: "He repairs motorcycles." Ryou smiled.
Roar Grr Argh: "Oh wow, that's super cool!"
Omega19x: Mahaado walked up to Rebecca's living quarters and knocked on the door.
fai tiger: Rebecca hurried over to get the door again.
fai tiger: "Hello, Mahaado," she greeted him, giving him a quick bow.
Omega19x: "Greetings. I was not certain of what sort of food to acquire for this event, so I obtained drinks instead."
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu looked over to the door. For a moment he frowned until he realized it wasn't Mado-san. "Hi Mahaado-san!"

fai tiger: "Er, okay..." she murmured, moving aside so he could come in. "Alcoholic or non-alcoholic?" she had to ask.
Omega19x: "Mostly intoxicants, though I did bring some fruit juices."
Omega19x: Ryou kept a far distance from Mahaado, hiding behind the puffs.

ph33r my rod: Shortly after Mahaado's arrival, Malik knocked on the door.
fai tiger: Rebecca nodded, gesturing for Mahaado towards the dining area before opening the door again.
fai tiger: "Malik! I wasn't sure when to expect you since Ryou said you were running a bit late."

Omega19x: "You got them all fixed quick!" Ryou smiled, and ran over to hug his fiance.
fai tiger: Rebecca left the couple hugging by the door and headed back to check on things in the dining area.
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu blinked, getting out of his daydream of his Trio-samas bein here. "Oh. Oh, hi Malik-san. I didn't see you come in."
Omega19x: Mahaado set all the bottles down (he brought quite a few) and had already taken one for himself. He looked around, feeling a tad out of place.
Roar Grr Argh: "So...Rebecca-san, do you know if any of my Trio-samas are coming?"
fai tiger: "Um, no, I don't know," Rebecca replied quietly. "Sorry Ryuu."
Roar Grr Argh: "Oh. But, I mean, that's okay. I didn't mean anything bad..." Oh gosh, he was being rude. He wandered over to get some juice.
ph33r my rod: Malik hugged Ryou back. "Yeah, it kinda got messy though 'cause I was trying to hurry." He still had a few specks of oil in his hair.
Omega19x: "That's okay, I'm just glad you're here!"
Omega19x: "You're in time for the Thanksgiving dinner, and that's what matters."
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu poured himself some juice and wandered around, somewhat listening in on conversations.
fai tiger: Not sure what to say to her few guests, Rebecca went to help her neighbors move food into the dining area.
Omega19x: Mahaado stood in the corner, drinking everclear.
Omega19x: "Rebecca!" Ryou called out. "Do you need any help getting dinner on the table?"
fai tiger: "No, I think we've got it," she replied. "Thanks though."
MmmK Fashion has entered the room.
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu saw Mahaado in the corner and went over to him. "Um, hi..."
MmmK Fashion: Mokuba had heard there was a party, and there would be food. Not that he thought it would be good, but whatever. He went up and knocked.
Omega19x: "Hello." Mahaado answered after finishing the bottle."

fai tiger: Setting down the dish she was holding, Rebecca left her neighbors to quietly finish setting the table and went to the door yet again.
fai tiger: "...Hello, Mokuba," she greeted him politely. "I didn't expect you here."
ph33r my rod: (( Bleh, I'm gonna be scarce for the next hour or so. ))
MmmK Fashion: "I didn't expect to grace you with my presence, but I figured you were missing me from camp." He stepped inside and looked aroung. Oh great.

fai tiger: "No, not really." She sighed and lead Mokuba to the dining area anyways.
MmmK Fashion: "You should be nice to your guests. Besides, I brought stuff." He held up two bags, one with drinks and the other with pie.

Roar Grr Argh: "What juice is that?" Ryuu asked, pointing to Mahaado's bottle.
fai tiger: "Oh, stuff... that changes everything," she muttered, taking the bags.
Omega19x: "It is more an intoxicant than a juice."
MmmK Fashion: "You're welcome," he spat before leaving her.
Roar Grr Argh: "Oh, you mean alcohol? I don't like that stuff. I like the juice better."
Omega19x: "I find the latter too sweet for my taste, I am afraid."
Omega19x: Ryou, coming out of the bathroom, bumped in to Mokuba. "...Whoops... Sorry about that... Didn't see you coming around the corner..."
Roar Grr Argh: "The alcohol always tastes yucky to me. I don't like the taste and it kinda stings going down. Plus it makes me feel bad."
fai tiger: Rebecca's cell phone chimed quietly, and she paused to answer it. "Hey... Oh, okay... No, no, that's fine." She sighed and hung up.
MmmK Fashion: Mokuba glared at him and brushed off his clothes. "Well you should keep your eyes open then, I'm not invisible."
Omega19x: (oh no! don't tell me the turkey isn't coming!)
Omega19x: "... I... I said sorry..."
fai tiger: "Okay, well, since the two people I was kind of waiting for just called to say they won't be here any time soon..." Rebecca announced, "I suppose it's time to start the meal."
MmmK Fashion: "You can get me a drink to apologize."
fai tiger: Rebecca went to the table. "So, if everyone would find a seat?"
Omega19x: Ryou nodded politely, and went to the table where all the drinks were. he wasn't sure what to get, so he poured a glass of pepsi, and brought it to Mokuba.
Omega19x: And then he took a seat next to Malik.
Roar Grr Argh: "Okay Rebecca-san!" Ryuu ran to the table and sat down.
Omega19x: Mahaado picked up a couple of bottles on the way over, and sat down at the far end of the table. "Thank you again for the invitation to this meal."
MmmK Fashion: Mokuba took a drink and, realizing there was no alcohol in it, went and poured some in before taking a seat.
ph33r my rod: Malik had already been sitting down. He smiled as Ryou took a place next to him.
Omega19x: (so what's on the table?)
MmmK Fashion: Mokuba did his best to not look at Mahaado and focused on his empty plate and drink.
fai tiger: ((uh... main dishes are turkey and roasted squash; and past that whatever side dishes people want to say are here, because I was too lazy to think up a list...))
Omega19x: Ryou spooned out some squash for Malik and passed him back the plate before getting some turkey for himself.
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu was nervous about his roasted veggies as he put some on his plate. He hoped that they were good...he knew he should have tasted them earlier.
Omega19x: "Pass your roasted veggies, please, Ryuuzaki. They look really good. I want to try them." Ryou smiled.
MmmK Fashion: "K-Kay," Ryuu said and he gave them to Ryou-san.
fai tiger: Rebecca served herself the turkey first, then passed in on and went on to the next dish.
MmmK Fashion: Mokuba took the dishes as they went, only taking a little of each. He didn't much trust the food to be good.
Omega19x: Ryou spooned some veggies onto his plate, and passed it on to Malik.
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu put a few more things on his plate, but he tried his veggies first. He sighed with relief to find they tasted okay.
Omega19x: "These are reallly good, Ryuu."
fai tiger: Once it looked like the dishes had made their way around, Rebecca thought it was safe to start eating.
Roar Grr Argh: "Thank you Ryou-san. I made them all by myself."
ph33r my rod: Malik loaded his dish with the various things being passed by (well, except for the meat).
fai tiger: She had a bit of Ryuu's vegetables and nodded in agreement. "Ah, do you cook for yourself much?"
MmmK Fashion: "I think they taste bland," Mokuba mumbled. He put some pepper on them before taking another bite.
Omega19x: "... they taste just fine." Ryou countered Mokuba's comment.
Roar Grr Argh: "Um, sometimes. When I was at Ghost-san's, I used to cook. Now sometimes I cook, but my mom usually does."
Omega19x: Mahaado tasted several of the strange dishes. He found them all palatable as well.
fai tiger: Eise, one of Rebecca's neighbors who had been much too quiet til now, gave Ryuu a smile. "That's really cool though, that you can cook..."
Omega19x: "Cooking is a lot of fun!"
Roar Grr Argh: "I guess...yeah. I'm not really super good at it, though," Ryuu said, smiling back.
ph33r my rod: "Mhm~ ...so is eating too, though."
Omega19x: Ryou giggled.
fai tiger: "Oh totally!" Eise smiled even more. "Rebecca-chan, why didn't you tell us you knew boys who can cook?~"
MmmK Fashion: "I don't really see the importance of cooking at all."
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu blushed and looked down at his plate as he ate. Maybe he shouldn'ta said he cooked them.
fai tiger: "If you didn't have people cooking for you, what would you do Mokuba?" Rebecca asked scornfully.
MmmK Fashion: "Go to a restaurant."
fai tiger: "Where people would be cooking for you."
MmmK Fashion: "But it wouldn't be me cooking."
Omega19x: Mahaado listened quietly, taking a long drink from a bottle of vodka. Mokuba's ego never ceased.
fai tiger: Rebecca rolled her eyes. "Obviously cooking is important. If there weren't people to cook, people like you would starve."
Omega19x: "... cooking isn't hard once you get practice at it."
MmmK Fashion: "Well it's not important for me to know. So I don't see what the big deal is about people knowing how to cook."
Roar Grr Argh: "Sometimes it can be fun, too," Ryuu said quietly, still facing his plate.
fai tiger: "I suppose so," Rebecca agree with Ryuu reluctantly, deciding to just ignore Mokuba.
Roar Grr Argh: "Do you cook, um, Rebecca-san's friend?"
fai tiger: "Eise," she replied with a laugh, scooting a little closer. "And yes, I do. I was one of the main ones cooking for the get-together actually."
Roar Grr Argh: "Oh wow. What did you make here? Did you make the turkey? I've never made a turkey before."
Nezukun has entered the room.
fai tiger: "Heh, well I can't take credit for it all. The people at the butcher's did most of the work on the turkey," Eise admitted.
Omega19x: Ryou nibbled on the turkey. It was very tender and juicy. Quite nice.
Roar Grr Argh: "But you had to cook it, right? Or did they cook it there?"
fai tiger: "We cooked it," Eise replied. "Bit of trouble finding an oven big enough for a turkey, since we don't usually cook anything so big, but we managed."
fai tiger: Rebecca just quietly listened to the conversation, not having much to add.
Roar Grr Argh: "That's really cool. I'm glad I didn't gotta cook the turkey 'cuz I don't know how, that's how come I did veggies. I didn't know how to do cranberries, neither."
Omega19x: "... be sure to save some room for dessert." Ryou smiled.
fai tiger: Rebecca giggled. "Of course."
MmmK Fashion: "I brought pie," Mokuba stated.

Omega19x: "... and there's plenty of cream puffs!"
Roar Grr Argh: "Oh yeah, I will Ryou-san! Those creme puffs looked yummy. And, um, I'm sure the pie is good too..."

MmmK Fashion: "I don't remember what it was last year. I brought apple, and of course it'll be good." His baker made it, after all.

Omega19x: Mahaado sat politely and listened, finishing both bottles.
ph33r my rod: "It's called reminiscing. Maybe you've done it before?"
fai tiger: "The landlord'll get pretty pissed if you do," Eise replied.
MmmK Fashion: "Why would I reminisce about people being pigs?"
Roar Grr Argh: "Oh gosh, I don't want you to get kicked out!"
Omega19x: "... well, it's not gong to happen this time."
fai tiger: "Good," Rebecca answered with a firm nod.
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu sighed with relief.
ph33r my rod: Malik simply shrugged and went back to his food.
fai tiger: "Hm, where did Ryuu's vegetables get put?" Rebecca asked, looking around. "I'd like a bit more, if there's any still left."
Omega19x: They were next to Ryou now. He passed them up eagerly.
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu gave a super huge smile. His veggies were good! Rebecca-san was having more! Oh gosh he was going to make veggies every day from now on.
MmmK Fashion: Mokuba finished his drink and got up to get another. He made sure to pour in alcohol out of view of Mahaado, who he figured would make some stupid big deal over it.
Omega19x: "Want me to bring out the desserts?"
Roar Grr Argh: "You're so eager with your puff Ryou-san, they must be good."
fai tiger: Rebecca glanced around. "Is everyone else ready for dessert or should we wait a bit longer?"
MmmK Fashion: "Well I don't know how you people eat, but I'm accustomed to finishing my dinner and waiting a moment before dessert."
fai tiger: "Huh, and here I always thought you usually skipped dinner and went straight for dessert," Rebecca replied, giving him an sugary-innocent smile.
MmmK Fashion: "Oh? You think about me? How nice for you."
Omega19x: "To be honest, from what I have observed, your normal meals could be considered dessert, given their very sweet flavors."
MmmK Fashion: "I don't see anything wrong with that. Some like it spicy, some like it sweet."
fai tiger: "Well, now that Mokuba has spoken, what about everyone else? I suppose we could... go around the table, saying what we're thankful for then have dessert."
Omega19x: "That sounds like a good idea."
Roar Grr Argh: "This is just so neat! I'm glad I came, even if my Trio-samas aren't here. You should go first, Rebecca-san, since it's your house."
fai tiger: "Oh, okay Ryuu." Rebecca nodded, biting her lip for a moment in thought.
fai tiger: "I'm thankful for... for living in Japan, the good times I've had so far, and the friends I've made here." She gave the table a smile, hoping that didn't sound too lame.
Omega19x: "... I'm thankful for Malik... and the marriage we're going to share together... the... the rest of our lives we're going to share together!"
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu went next. "I'm thankful for my bestest friends, and getting to be there for them more. And I'm happy I was invited here, too. I don't go to lotsa places ever."
ph33r my rod: "I'm thankful for the experiences we've had... the good and the bad ones. Because they helped shape us into who we are today." Malik smiled over at Ryou.
Omega19x: Ryou couldn't help but lean into Malik. He had such a way with words.
MmmK Fashion: Mokuba rolled his eyes at the sight. "Well I'm thankful for being rich and having great taste."

Omega19x: Ryou put baskets of cream puffs on the table and pointed out the different varieties that were there.
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu decided he'd do the pie, especially since everyone else worked so hard to get things ready. He cut the pie up so everyone could have a slice and passed them out.

Omega19x: Ryou nibbled on the pie. It wasn't a cream puff, but it sure was sweet and tasty!

fai tiger: "If no one wants it now, we can save it for later. Other people should be coming by later," Rebecca said before sampling some creampuffs.
Omega19x: Ryou picked a couple of cranberry puffs and a pumpkin puff and put them on his plate.

Roar Grr Argh: "They are? Oh gosh, I would have cut smaller pieces. I'm sorry."
fai tiger: Eise reached over to pat Ryuu's shoulder. "Don't worry about it. They decided to do something other than coming to this meal, their loss."
Omega19x: "I don't know why anyone would want to miss coming over for this." Ryou smiled.
fai tiger: "I'll ask when they come," Rebecca replied, giving Eise a mild glare that the other girl just shrugged off.
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu sniffled. "O-Oh, okay Eise-san. Still, I'm gunna cut my piece a little smaller so they can have some later."
Omega19x: Mahaado stood up. "I believe I will take my leave now, if that is all right." He bowed politely. "This meal was quite nice, as was your hospitality, maiden Rebecca."
fai tiger: "Oh... uh, thank you Mahaado. I'm glad you could come by."

Omega19x: He nodded silenly, and as he was leaving he turned back around. "Kafele wished to add that he was thankful for the time he spent here." He then left.
fai tiger: "...Okay," Rebecca murmured uncertainly.
MmmK Fashion: Mokuba cursed under his breath and went to pour himself another drink.
Omega19x: "... I suppose that's... more puffs for the rest of us?" Ryou looked over his shoulder, making sure the sorcerer was gone.
ph33r my rod: "..." Malik reached over to give Ryou's shoulder a squeeze.
fai tiger: "Yes, it would seem so," Eise replied, unsure what was going on and unwilling to ask.
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu looked around. "Mahaado-san doesn't seem to talk a lot. I wonder what he was thankful for."
Omega19x: Ryou just nibbled on more puffs.
fai tiger: "Something private apparently," Rebecca replied with a shrug. "It was nice of him to come by, even though we're not people he usually spends time with."
MmmK Fashion: "Probably a spell," Mokuba said as he sat back down and began eating his pie again.
Omega19x: "... well... it didn't seem to do anything, so I guess it wasn't a spell..."
fai tiger: "Of course it wasn't," Rebecca replied before returning to her food.

fai tiger: Rebecca snickered a little. "Okay, enough about hospitals for my comfort I think."
Roar Grr Argh: "Would they? But I bet they work real hard, 'cuz they gotta be so smart and see all those people. Any time I see nurses they're always super busy."
Omega19x: "... and that's how they've got the strength to be so busy... they eat the sweets that get confiscated. That's my theory."

fai tiger: "You managed to teach Keiko after all, so you must have enough patience for it," she pointed out to the blonde.
Omega19x: Ryou watched them and laughed a little.
Roar Grr Argh: "Really? Would you Rebecca-san?"
fai tiger: Rebecca sighed and gave Ryuu a small nod. "Sure."
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu jumped up and went over to give her a super big hug. "Thank you!"
fai tiger: "Ack!" Rebecca squawked a little at the impact. "You're welcome. I'll come by your house later so we can work out a schedule of when to have tutoring appointments, okay?"
Roar Grr Argh: "Okay. Oh my gosh this is so cool. I'll make you snacks, okay? So you don't have to bring nothing."
fai tiger: "Oh, uh... thanks Ryuu. Sounds good."
MmmK Fashion: Mokuba didn't see what was so exciting about going back to school. And really, he wasn't sure why he was still here with these people.
Roar Grr Argh: "I can't wait to tell my mom. She's gunna be excited."
fai tiger: "Ah, that sounds good too," Rebecca replied. "Thanksgiving dinner seems to be over, do you plan to go tell her now?"
Roar Grr Argh: "Ummmmm, sure! I can tell her now!"
Omega19x: Ryou was pleased to see such excitement.
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu got up and gathered his dish. "Thank you for saying yes, and for letting me come over. I'm glad I got to see everyone and meet new people."
fai tiger: "I'm glad you could make it too, Ryuu."
fai tiger: "I'm glad all of you could make it here today."
Roar Grr Argh: "Bye everyone."
Omega19x: "Thanks so much for inviting us, Rebecca!"
ph33r my rod: "Yeah, thanks. It was fun~"
MmmK Fashion: "Er, yeah..." Mokuba said, standing up.
Omega19x: "You can save the rest of the cream puffs for your other friends when they come."
Roar Grr Argh: "Yeah, make sure to give them that extra pie. I wish I could have met them too."
fai tiger: "Okay, maybe you'll get a chance to meet them another time."
Omega19x: Ryou stood up, with Malik on his arm. "Goodnight, Rebecca!"
Roar Grr Argh: Ryuu waved and walked out.
MmmK Fashion: Mokuba grabbed his drinks, as well as a couple he didn't bring, before heading out.
fai tiger: Rebecca was too glad to see Mokuba leave to tell him not to take off with the drinks.
Omega19x: (well, that's what I get for leaving without them, isn't it.)
